Il regroupe un ensemble de statistiques essentielles pour la connaissance du transport aérien en France. L'édition de ce bulletin repose sur la fourniture par chacun des aéroports français de ses propres données. Ces données sont harmonisées, puis analysées suivant l’origine- destination du vol par numéro de vol. Des corrections nécessaires sont ensuite apportées en concertation avec les services aéroportuaires et/ou les Directions de l’Aviation Civile qui communiquent les résultats de trafic. La date de parution de ce bulletin dépend donc des délais de transmission des données par l’ensemble des fournisseurs de statistiques. Ce bulletin comprend cinq chapitres : -- le premier est une synthèse des résultats de l’année civile, -- le deuxième regroupe le trafic des compagnies françaises, tel qu’il ressort des informations communiquées à la Direction Générale de l’Aviation Civile, -- le troisième est consacré aux trafics des relations entre la France et les pays étrangers, -- les deux derniers regroupent le trafic des relations de la Métropole ou de l’Outre Mer avec les pays étrangers ainsi que le trafic des aéroports de ces deux espaces. Les informations de ce bulletin sont disponibles sur le site Web de la DGAC : http ://www.dgac.fr Il existe enfin des résultats plus détaillés que ceux publiés dans ce bulletin. Ils sont disponibles au Bureau de l’Observation Economique (P1) : 50, rue Henri FARMAN 75720 PARIS CEDEX 15 Téléphone : 01 58 09 49 81 A AVERTISSEMENT Les résultats des tableaux sont établis par traitement des formulaires de trafic remplis sur les aérodromes par les gestionnaires, les représentants des transporteurs et les personnels de la DGAC. DEFINITIONS Desserte : vol desservant, suivant le cas, une escale, une étape, une ligne ou une relation Escale : aérodrome relatif au mouvement d’un appareil Etape : trajet entre deux escales consécutives Faisceau : groupe de lignes appartenant à un même secteur géographique Ligne : suite fixe et ordonnée d’escales reliées par un même vol Mouvement atterrissage ou décollage d’appareil : P.K.T. : passager kilomètre transporté. L’unité de compte est le transport d’un passager sur un kilomètre Passagers : le nombre de passagers comprend les passagers payants et les passagers non payants S.K.O. : siège kilomètre offert. L’unité de compte est l’offre d’un siège sur un kilomètre T.K.T. : tonne kilomètre transportée. It's a tting welcome to this little island of extremes, just scary enough to summon a jolt of adrenaline—and possibly a small gasp. That feeling tends to stay with you as you travel the island's winding, narrow roads that hug cliffs with little or no shoulder.     WORLD TRADE RESTRICTED S/C/W/163 3 August 2000 ORGANIZATION (00-3257) Council for Trade in Services DEVELOPMENTS IN THE AIR TRANSPORT SECTOR SINCE THE CONCLUSION OF THE URUGUAY ROUND PART ONE Note by the Secretariat This Note has been produced at the request of the Council for Trade in Services in the framework of the review of the Air Transport Annex which stipulates in paragraph 5 that "The Council for Trade in Services shall review periodically, and at least every five years, developments in the air transport sector and the operation of this Annex with a view to considering the possible further application of the Agreement in this sector.". The Secretariat has been asked through the Council for Trade in Services to update document S/C/W/59, dated 5 November 1998 and document S/C/W/129, dated 15 October 1999. This Note addresses both the economic and regulatory developments in the sector, in both a historical (1993) and contemporary (1999) framework. Since the Annex provides no definition of the sector, the paper tries to encompass all aspects of air transport and air transport-related services following the model of the former Secretariat document S/C/W/59 on the same subject examined during the exchange of information program in 1998. It largely draws on this document as well as on ICAO publications and in particular, the annual report "The World of Civil Aviation" (first edition, 1992). Additional professional sources such as IATA documents and press sources have also been used. As indicated during the Council session held on July 2000, the Council requested due to time constraints, that the document be in three parts.
