Meghalaya, Sikkim, Tripura Manipur Andaman & Nicobar Services available on NIC software “service List of e-district services received, plus platform”, multiple discussion done onboarding discussions initiated. Islands with service plus team however no progress, Manipur Department has now agreed to Dadra & Nagar Haveli share APIs by mid of March, 2018 for 13 NIC officials to be given clear orders. States certificates identified for Phase 1 in Daman and Diu to share Admin approval with service plus staggered manner team for onboarding on UMANG Lakshadweep

Karnataka Nagaland Puducherry

Services List yet to be received, except for Dadra Dept. has suggested to start onboarding & Nagar Haveli discussions post Mid of march, 2018 since Onboarding discussions to be initiated officials are currently involved in election duty
