Explanatory note Section 20 (1) of the Catchment Management Act 1989 provides that a Trust listed in Schedule 1 to that Act is established as a Catchment Management Trust. Section 20 (2) provides that a Trust is a corporation with the corporate name specified in that Schedule. The object of this proclamation is to add the Hawkesbury-Nepean Catchment Management Board to Part 1 of that Schedule. JOHN AQUILINA, M.P., Minister forfor Land Land and and Water Water Conservation Conservation Explanatory note The object of this Regulation is to amend the Catchment Management Regulation 1999: (a) to include the Hawkesbury-Nepean Catchment Management Board in clause 4 of that Regulation as a Catchment Management Trust to which the Regulation applies, and (b) to include additional registered plans in clause 6 of that Regulation, which provides for the areas for which Catchment Management Trusts are established by reference to areas shown on certain registered plans. This Regulation also repeals a spent Regulation. Insert instead: Note. This Regulation makes provision with respect to the Catchment Management Trusts listed in clause 4. The Hunter Catchment Management Trust Regulation 1997 makes provision in respect of the Hunter Catchment Management Trust. [3] Clause 6 Omit the clause. Insert instead: 6 Board areas The area in respect of which a Board is established is the area marked with the name of the Board and shown on one of the following registered plans held in the Department of Land and Water Conservation and in the office of the Board: (a) the registered plan called Miscellaneous Sydney Plan Series MS 23016-3000, (b) the registered plan called Hawkesbury-Nepean CMB MS 23018-3000, (c) the registered plan called Sydney Harbour CMB MS 23019-3000. BOB CARR, M.P., PremierW Explanatory note The object of this Regulation is to amend the Freedom of Information Regulation 2000 to declare that, for the purposes of section 7 of the Freedom of Information Act 1989, the Veterinary Surgeons Investigating Committee is taken to be included in the Board of Veterinary Surgeons of New South Wales instead of included in the Department of Agriculture.
