The estate is not far from a small town with services (3km; 10’) and from Montalcino (12km; 20’). Other historic cities of Tuscany (Pienza, Montepulciano, Siena, Grosseto, San Gimignano, Flor- ence) are easily reached as well. The closest airport is Perugia (105km; 1h 25’) but Tuscan airports (Pisa and Florence) are very convenient as well. A bit farther away, Rome and Milan offer equally easy-to-reach airports.

The farmhouse (550 sqm – 5,918 sqft) houses the old wine cellar on the ground floor and the owner’s house on the upper floor (2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom). The residential portion is current- ly made up of ampler rooms, but they could be reduced in size so to have a higher count of rooms.

The newly-built wine cellar (480 sqm – 5,165 sqft) has been recently completed and only needs a few finishing touches before being operational. On the inside, the two buildings house all the rooms needed for winemaking and hygienical services for the staff.

The property covers a total surface of roughly 12.0 hectares (29.6 acres). The main vineyard (7.0 ha) is planted in a single block and is entirely registered as Brunello di Montalcino DOCG. This is then followed by other vineyards registered as Rosso di Montalcino DOC (0.9 ha) and Tosca- na IGT (3.3 ha). The latter has only 0.6 ha of productive vines, while the remaining portion has been only recently planted and will start producing in 2022. The remaining surface (0.8 ha) can be used to replant old vines or move part of the existing vineyards in order for the earth to breathe once older vines are eradicated.

Before the new wine cellar was completed, the winery only transformed part of the grapes, selling the remaining quantity which was then processed by others.
