Il Prefetto della Provincia di Siena Prot. n. 8958/2019 - Area II/S.E. CONSIDERATO che il Ministro dell’Interno con decreto in data 20 marzo 2019 ha fissato per domenica 26 maggio 2019 la data di svolgimento, nell’ambito delle regioni a statuto ordinario, delle consultazioni per l’elezione diretta dei sindaci e dei consigli comunali, nonché per l’elezione di consigli circoscrizionali, fissando nel contempo per domenica 9 giugno 2019 la data di svolgimento dell’eventuale turno di ballottaggio per l’elezione diretta dei sindaci; RILEVATO che, nell’ambito di questa provincia, sono giunte a scadenza naturale del mandato le amministrazioni dei seguenti comuni: Abbadia San Salvatore, Asciano, Buonconvento, Casole d’Elsa, Castellina in Chianti, Castelnuovo Berardenga, Castiglione d’Orcia, Cetona, Chianciano Terme, Chiusdino, Colle di Val d’Elsa, Gaiole in Chianti, Montepulciano, Monteriggioni, Monteroni d’Arbia, Murlo, Piancastagnaio, Pienza, Poggibonsi, Radda in Chianti, Radicofani, Radicondoli, Rapolano Terme, San Casciano dei Bagni, San Gimignano, San Quirico d’Orcia, Sinalunga, Sovicille, Torrita di Siena; VISTO l’art. 18 del D.P.R. 16 maggio 1960, n. 570 e successive modificazioni; VISTA la legge 7 giugno 1991, n. 182 recante norme per lo svolgimento delle elezioni provinciali, comunali e circoscrizionali; VISTO il D.P.R. 28 aprile 1993, n. 132, recante il regolamento di attuazione della legge 25 marzo 1993, n. 81, in materia di elezioni comunali e provinciali; VISTI gli artt. 71, 72 e 73 del D. DEEP DRILLING RESULTS AND UPDATING OF GEOTHERMAL KNOWLEDGE ON THE MONTE AMIATA AREA Giovanni Bertini, Guido Cappetti, Ivano Dini, Lovari ENEL - Via 120,56122 Pisa, Italy Key words: Geothermal exploration, Gravimetric anomaly, Intrusion, Based on experience gained from deep drilling in the Larderello Neogene Seismic horizon, Thermal anomaly, field, the research in the Monte Amiata area was resumed in 1978: Thermometamorphic rock. two deep exploratory wells were drilled in the Bagnore and Piancastagnaio fields to find additional fluid below the layers already ABSTRACT under exploitation. Both wells turned out to be productive and led to the implementation of a deep drilling program. Deep geothermal exploration begun in Bagnore and Piancastagnaio geothermal fields in the late has led to the discovery of a deep water-dominated reservoir with a temperature of and a pressure of 20-25 In the Piancastagnaio field 24 wells have been drilled, with a success ratio of about 90% and an average specific productivity of about 4 MW per well. Three 20 MW power plants are in operation, one is presently under construction and will be on line in 1995, and another three are be installed. In the Bagnore field seven wells have been drilled to assess the resource. In this area too the results were positive: it is planned to drill 13 wells and build three 20 MW power plants. The geological and geophysical data have been reconsidered and the structural features of the geothermal reservoir have been reconstructed. A recent granitic intrusion (the probable source of the Monte Amiata thermal anomaly) has been hypothesized at a depth of 7 km over a much wider area than previously believed.

The permanent route is long 209 km in the heart of the Terre di Siena region, through Chianti, Crete Senesi and Val d'Orcia. It’s a journey into the essence of the legendary Tuscan landscape, characterized by challenging and technical segments that make this route a great opportunity to practice cycling. The route alternates paved and gravel roads and has a total elevation gain around 3800 meters. Gravel roads cover approximately 112 km on 209 km. Your experience will be divided into three stages of around 70 km, the elevation gain achieved each day will be higher than 1100 meters.
