Program Diploma III Usaha Perjalanan Wisata Fakultas Sastra dan Seni Rupa Universitas sebelas Maret Surakarta. Kampung Etnik Arab merupakan salah satu perkampungan etnik yang di kota Solo yang berpotensi dan layak untuk dikembangkan. Karena kota Solo merupakan Daerah tujuan wisata (DTW) yang menjadi salah satu sektor pariwisata dan menjadi sumber pendapatan yang sangat penting sehingga perlu diupayakan pengembangan mengingat pendayagunaan potensi untuk lebih ditingkatkan. Kota Solo sarat akan nuansa tradisional mak Solo identik dengan wisata budayanya. Penulisan laporan ini mempunyai beberapa perumusan masalah yang akan di bahas diantaranya, Bagaimana sejarah munculnya Kampung Etnik Arab di Surakarta, Potensi atau nilai-nilai budaya apa saja yang dipertahankan oleh Etnik Kampung Arab yang dapat dijadikan obyek dan daya tarik wisata, Bagaimana upaya pengembangan Kampung Etnik Arab sebagai salah satu aset wisata di kota Surakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan Tugas Akhir ini adalah metode Deskriptif yaitu yaitu menggambarkan obyek yang diamati secara jelas dan terperinci. Adapun manfaat praktis dari penulisan laporan ini yaitu memberikan gambaran pada penulis dan pembaca mengenai Kampung Etnik Arab. Sedangkan manfaat teoritis yaitu mengaplikasikan analisis potensi dan pengembangan. Adapun teknik penulisan laporan ini menggunakan metode disriptif kualitatif. Sedangkan teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu dengan cara, Observasi ke Kampung Arab Pasar Kliwon, Wawancara serta Study Pustaka dengan cara mengumpulkan data dari berbagai buku yang mengenai ilmu pariwisata. Dalam penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa Kampung Etnik Arab Pasar Kliwon masih menyimpan nilai-nilai budaya yang masih dipertahankan sampai sekarang. Serta dapat dijadikan aset wisata di kota Solo.     Situation Update Response to COVID-19 in Indonesia As of 18 January 2021 As of 18 January, the Indonesian Government has announced 917,015 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in all 34 provinces in Indonesia, with 144,798 active cases, 26,282 deaths, and 745,935 people that have recovered from the illness. The government has also reported 77,579 suspected cases. The number of confirmed daily positive cases of COVID-19 in Indonesia reached a new high during four consecutive days on 13-16 January since the first positive coronavirus case was announced by the Government in early March 2020. Total daily numbers were 11,278 confirmed cases on 13 January, 11,557 cases on 14 January, 12,818 cases on 15 January, and 14,224 cases on 16 January. The Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) has declared the COVID-19 Vaccine by Sinovac as halal. The declaration was stipulated in a fatwa that was issued on 8 January. On 11 January, the Food and Drug Administration (BPOM) issued the emergency use authorization for the vaccine. Following these two decisions, the COVID-19 vaccination program in Indonesia began on 13 January, with the President of the Republic of Indonesia being first to be vaccinated. To control the increase in the number of cases of COVID-19, the Government has imposed restrictions on community activities from January 11 to 25. The restrictions are carried out for areas in Java and Bali that meet predetermined parameters, namely rates of deaths, recovered cases, active cases and hospitals occupancy. Source: Daud Tanudirjo. The grandeur of Borobudur has fascinated almost every visitor who views it. Situated in the heart of the island of Java in Indonesia, this remarkable stone structure is considered to be the most significant Buddhist monument in the Southern Hemisphere (Figure 1). In 1991, Borobudur 66 Transcending the Culture–Nature Divide in Cultural Heritage was inscribed on the World Heritage List, together with two other smaller stone temples, Pawon and Mendut. These three stone temples are located over a straight line of about three kilometres on an east-west orientation, and are regarded as belonging to a single temple complex (Figure 2). Known as the Borobudur Temple Compound, this World Heritage Site meets at least three criteria of the Operational Guidelines for the Implementation of the World Heritage Convention: (i) to represent a masterpiece of human creative genius, (ii) to exhibit an important interchange of human values over a span of time or within cultural area of the world, on developments in architecture or technology, monumental arts, town planning or landscape design, and (iii) to be directly or tangibly associated with events or living traditions, with ideas, or with beliefs, with artistic and literacy works of outstanding universal value (see also Matsuura 2005).

Dr. Soeparno 60, Purwokerto 53123, Central Java, Indonesia *Corresponding author email: [email protected] Abstract. The aim of the study was to know the genetic characteristic and polymorphysm of Indonesian local ducks including Magelang, Tegal, Mojosari, Bali and Alabio duck based on Single Nucleotide Polymorphism (SNP) analysis in D-loop region mtDNA. The long term aim was to set the spesific genetic marker based on SNP D-loop region mtDNA which could differentiate local ducks in Indonesia. In the future, it could be used as selection tool for local duck conservation, and refinement strategy as well as the improvement of genetic quality by utilizing the available native duck germplasm. There were 20 ducks for each duck population and were taken 3 ml of its blood as sample. DNA Isolation Kit high pure PCR template preparation (Geneaid) was uded for Genome DNA isolation. Amplification with PCR technique used primer DL-AnasPF (L56) as forward and DL-AnasPR (H773) as reverse. Next, PCR product or amplicon were sequenced. Sequence result were analyzed with SNP technique and observed the similarity and difference of its nucleotide sequence between individual and population. The result of the study showed that genome DNA from local duck in Indonesia was successfully isolated. DNA fragment of 718 bp was amplified with primer pair of DL-AnasPF and DL-AnasPR.

Several factors can be used in calculating economic growth. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the influence of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), Human Development Index (HDI) and total poor population on economic growth in the Kedu Residency. This research was conducted in districts or cities in the Kedu residency area for 10 years starting from the period 2010-2019. This study uses a fixed effect model. The analysis shows that the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) variable and the Human Development Index (HDI) together have a positive and significant effect on economic growth in the Kedu Residency. The authors illustrate how social mobilization has improved Aedes source reduction by drawing upon recent experiences in Purwokerto City, Central Java. Rice is one of staple food in Central Java province because rice is the main carbohydrate and calorie source for society in general. From year to year rice production in various regions in Indonesia shows a significant increase. Central Java is one of the provinces in Indonesia which has the agricultural sector as its main sector. However, in the last five years, the average rice production in Central Java showed a stagnant decline in value. This study was aimed to model the spatial effects on rice productivity in the cities in Central Java along with the factors that influence it. The method used is spatial modeling approach. The results of the analysis show that spatial lag X (SLX) model has the smallest AIC value, estimation result shows that rice production and harvest area have significant effect on rice productivity in Central Java.
