On 4 April 2007, the Commission received a notification of a proposed concentration pursuant to Article 4 of Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004 by which the undertaking TUI AG ("TUI", Germany, or the “notifying party”) acquires within the meaning of Article 3(1)(b) of the Council Regulation sole control over First Choice Holidays PLC ("First Choice", United Kingdom). The travel activities of both groups will be combined in a new group, TUI Travel PLC ("TUI Travel", United Kingdom). There have been a Fleet Update number of changes involving the website and the systems in which Fly UK runs off. There has been Chopper Division staffing changes, and as some of you may be aware, flyuno.com has now joined onto Fly UK and has Marketing Statement taken over the Fly2 low cost operations of Fly UK. The new Highflyer Forum is now operational, and Human Resources brings the community within Fly UK even closer to- gether. Prior compliance list of aircraft operators specifying the administering Member State for each aircraft operator – June 2014 Inclusion in the prior compliance list allows aircraft operators to know which Member State will most likely be attributed to them as their administering Member State so they can get in contact with the competent authority of that Member State to discuss the requirements and the next steps. Due to a number of reasons, and especially because a number of aircraft operators use services of management companies, some of those operators have not been identified in the latest update of the EEA- wide list of aircraft operators adopted on 5 February 2014. Analysis The official answer is that the first year has been " a complete success", with over-achievement on synergies, hub coordination and cost-cutting. Jul 08, 2010 13:07 BST TUI Travel PLC Signs Letter of Intent for Jet4You TUI Travel PLC has signed a letter of intent with Royal Air Maroc (RAM) for RAM to take a majority stake in Jet4You. Jet4You is TUI Travel’s Moroccan carrier which operates low cost routes between Morocco and European cities. In addition Jet4You offers competitive seat prices in the charter market mainly serving customers in France and Belgium. The intention of any transaction is to build on the Jet4You market position as a low cost hybrid carrier and its independent profile. As and when any transaction is agreed a further statement will be issued. According to Royal Air Maroc, this agreement is part of the contribution to the enhancement of tourist flows to Morocco, and it’s a good fit to the business strategy of the company that aims at providing more travel options to its customers.
