The purpose for the camera, donated to the JSUPolice Depart- ment by Mothers Against Drunk Driving, is for alcohol related in- cidents. It is used primarily to tape the testing of suspected drunk drivers. It is also routinely used to tape persons who are taken into custody so they can't deny their actions at a later date.
