This will again be a virtual meeting to protect everyone’s health and safety during the COVID-19 pandemic and respect the protocols from public health and government authorities. About the shareholder meeting If you held BMO shares at the close of business on February 8, 2021, you are entitled to vote at the meeting. The annual meeting George A.
