Icotfl 2018 Kiev Şehir Rehberi ICOTFL 2018 KİEV ŞEHİR REHBERİ GENEL BİLGİLER Resmi Dil: Kiev’de konuşulan resmi dil Ukraincedir. En çok konuşulan ikinci dil ise Rusçadır. Özellikle gençler ile İngilizce konuşarak anlaşabilirsiniz. Para Birimi: Resmi para birimi olarak UAH (Grivna)’dır. 1 UAH / 15-20 Kuruş Türk Lirası. Yani 1 TL 6-8 UAH, 10 TL ise 60-80 UAH’a denk gelmektedir. Bunlar yaklaşık rakamlar olup döviz kuruna endeksli olarak değişiklik gösterebilir. Kiev’de TL’yi doğrudan UAH’a çeviremezsiniz, o sebeple yanınızda Dolar ya da Euro bulundurmalısınız. Saat Farkı: Türkiye ile arasında saat farkı bulunmamaktadır. Vize: Kiev’e vizesiz seyahat edilebilmektedir. Hatta Kiev’e pasaportsuz, yeni çipli kimlikler ile gelmek de mümkündür. Yeni çipli kimlik kartıyla giriş yapabilmek için Ukrayna’ya gelindiğinde giriş kapısında bir form doldurulmaktadır. Yeni çipli kimlik kartıyla giriş yapmak isteyenlerin girişte göstermek üzere, yanlarında uçak dönüş biletinin bir kopyasını ve otel rezervasyon belgesini bulundurmaları gerekmektedir. Eğer yanınızda bir yedek telefon bulundurursanız pek çok dükkândan ve tezgâhtan sim kartını hiçbir şey ibraz etmeksizin rahatlıkla alabilirsiniz. Örneğin 60 UAH (8-10 TL) 8 GB internet ve Ukrayna içi 150 dk konuşma paketi alabilirsiniz. HAVAALANI VE ULAŞIM Kiev’de iki adet havalimanı bulunmaktadır. Borispol Havalimanı’nın şehir merkezine olan mesafesi yaklaşık 40 km’dir. Bu havalimanına, Türk Hava Yolları ile Ukraine Havayollarının İstanbul Atatürk Havalimanı’ndan direkt uçuşları bulunmaktadır. Ayrıca bu havalimanına Ukraine Havayollarının Ankara Esenboğa’dan direkt uçuşları da vardır. Diğer havalimanı olan Kiev Zhulyany Havalimanı ise şehir merkezine yaklaşık 10 km mesafededir. Ankara Esenboğa’dan Pegasus Airlines ile direkt olarak uçuş gerçekleştirilebilmektedir. Kiev Borispol Havaalanından şehir merkezine ulaşım sağlamak için Skybus’ları tercih ederseniz metroya aktarma yapmanız gerekmektedir. Skybus otobüslerinin bilet ücreti 60 UAH olup yaklaşık olarak 8 Türk lirasına takabül etmektedir. Skybus otobüsleri ile Kharkivska metro istasyonuna kadar gelip buradan metro ile şehrin merkezine (Palats Sportu) kolaylıkla ulaşabilirsiniz. Ayrıca UKLON taksi seçeneğini kullanabilirsiniz. UKLON taksi seçeneği ile yaklaşık olarak 300 UAH’a -50 Türk Lirası- şehir merkezine ulaşabilirsiniz. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ua.com.uklontaxi Kiev Zhulyany Havalimanından UKLON taksi seçeneği ile yaklaşık 100 UAH’a (15-20 TL) şehir merkezine ulaşım sağlayabilirsiniz. Bu havalimanından UKLON taksi seçeneğini kullanarak şehir merkezine ulaşım sağlamanızı öneririz. Yani en az 2 kişi iseniz ve UKLON taksi kullanarak havaalanı aktarmalarınızda ve şehiriçi ulaşımlarınızda dolmuş ücreti öder gibi taksi kullanmış olursunuz. Kiev’de kullanabilecek en uygun şehir içi taşıma aracı metrodur. Şehirde üç adet metro ağı bulunmaktadır. Maalesef her iki havalimanına da uzanan bir metro ağı bulunmamaktadır. Maidan Nezalejnosti, Olimpiiska ve Ploscha Lva Tolstoho metro istasyonları şehrin ana merkezinde mavi hat üzerinde bulunmaktadır. Yeşil hat üzerinde bulunan Pecherska ve Palats Sportu metro istasyonları da şehrin ana merkezindedir. Kongrenin yapılacağı üniversiteye ulaşım sağlamak için Olimpiiska metro istasyonunda, kongrenin yapılacağı enstitüye ulaşmak için ise Ploscha Lva Tolstoho istasyonunda inilmelidir. Her iki istasyon da mavi hat üzerinde bulunmaktadır. Metroya giriş jetonu 5 UAH’dır. Türk Lirası olarak 80 Kuruşa tekabül etmektedir. YEME-İÇME Kiev genelinde Türk restaurantı sayısı oldukça fazladır. Bunlar içinde Kiev’in tam merkezi sayılan Bağımsızlık Meydanı (Maidan Nezalejnosti)’nin hemen karşısında Turkish House adlı restaurant bulunmaktadır. Burada serpme kahvaltı dahi bulabilirsiniz. Turkish House’da Kongremize gelen katılımcılar için %20 indirim uygulanacaktır. Hesap ödeme esnasında Kongre yaka kartınızı göstermeniz yeterli olacaktır. Ayrıca Turkish House’un hemen yanında yine Türkler tarafından işletilen Meydan Restaurant bulunmaktadır. Kırım-Tatar lezzetlerini bulabileceğiniz Musafir adlı restaurant ise otantik bir yerdir. Bununla birlikte Kompot Cafe ise kompostosu ile meşhurdur. OTEL-KONAKLAMA Kiev’de otellerin büyük çoğunluğu şehrin merkezinde bulunan Bağımsızlık Meydanı (Maidan Nezalejnosti) ve Kreşatik Caddesi çevresinde yer almaktadır. Khreschatyk City Center Hotel, Ibis Kiev City Center, Premier Rus ve Ukrayna Hotel gibi tesislere bakabilirsiniz. Take out a map of Kyiv and draw a big circle connecting Universytet, Kontraktova Plosha, Poshtova Plosha, Maidan, Klovska, and Olimpiiska metro stations. Roughly 90% of Kyiv expats live, work and play in this Right Bank oasis. And inside this circle you’ll find Zoloti Vorota, home to the unofficial diplomatic quarter, where about half the city’s embassies and consulates are located. And the Left Bank? Sure, some of us will trek out to Art Zavod Platforma for the Street Food Festival. Others will only get as far as Olmeca and Bora, Bora Beach Clubs on a summer day; and these places aren’t even on the Left Bank. To get our nature fix in the city, we’ll stroll, bike or picnic in Holosiivskiy and Feofania Parks. But these places are bright shiny islands in grey seas of (mostly) Khrushevkas and characterless new buildings that are well outside our comfort zones as expats in Kyiv. Since at least the beginning of this year there has been a strong shift of many companies, diplomatic missions and NGOs to try to move to Hgryvna only contracts even if there is strong linkage to a rate of adjustment linked to CPI, inflation &/or the rate of exchange. At the same time more and more of these institutions want official contracts for their leases. No doubt this shift to Hgryvna and official contracts is being driven by Terry Pickard the poor state of the Ukrainian economy combined with the continuing Group Chairman conflict in the east. However what seems to be worrying these institutions more is the political conflicts within the Government combined with the very poor performance in tackling that old 'bogey' corruption. This has really been brought to the forefront this month by the resignation of the Minister of the Economy due to what he says is constant and high level interference from certain political factions. This resignation has seriously 'wobbled' the Hgryvna exchange rate and made many nervous of the consequences if one further such high profile minister should resign. There is speculation even that if Natalie Jaresko was to also resign the Hgryvna could fall to 50 to the $. With concerns also being expressed by political and monetary bodies abroad about Ukraine's poor progress on tackling corruption and the judiciary that supports it these concerns are only being amplified.
