Many young trees have been recently planted on the land but it would be relatively simple to reclaim the majority of the land for pasture if desired. The Land About 7.5 acres has been set aside and left as natural habitat land. This includes wildlife ponds and stream boundary. It is species rich, generally comprising unimproved grassland and is home to snipe, woodcock, reed buntings, grasshopper warblers, orchids, dragonflies etc. Much of the remaining land is predominantly sloping pasture (not steep). This has, by and large, been planted up with young trees. However, if clear pasture is required, it would be a fairly easy job to remove the majority of the trees again. Next to the house there is a very sizeable vegetable garden with a number of beds which are currently uncultivated, although they could be reclaimed. In total, the land extends to somewhere between 27 and 28 acres in total. Please note that a footpath crosses the property but does not go near to the house. Services Mains electricity. Private water and drainage. Broadband enabled.
