Hubetova Odessa Regional Clinical Hospital, Odesa, Ukraine Odessa National Medical University, Odesa, Ukraine Epidemiology of Parkinson’s disease in the Southern Ukraine Abstract. Background. Parkinson’s disease (PD) is a slowly progressing neurodegenerative disease with accumulation of alpha-synuclein and the formation of Lewy bodies inside nerve cells. The prevalence of PD ranges from 100 to 200 cases per 100,000 population. However, in the Ukrainian reality, many cases of the disease remain undiagnosed, which affects the statistical indicators of incidence and prevalence. The purpose of the study is to compare PD epidemiological indices in the Southern Ukraine with all-Ukrainian rates. Material and methods. Statistical data of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, public health departments of Odesa, Mykolaiv and Kherson regions for 2015–2017 were analyzed. There were used the methods of descriptive statistics and analysis of variance. Results. Average prevalence of PD in Ukraine is 67.5 per 100,000 population — it is close to the Eastern European rate. The highest prevalence was registered in Lviv (142.5 per 100,000), Vinnytsia (135.9 per 100,000), Cherkasy (108.6 per 100,000) and Kyiv (107.1 per 100,000) regions. The lowest rates were in Luhansk (37.9 per 100,000), Kyrovohrad (42.5 per 100,000), Chernivtsi (49.0 per 100,000) and Ternopil (49.6 per 100,000) regions. In the Southern Ukraine, the highest prevalence of PD was found in Mykolaiv region.

Surіadna, G. Mykytynets. — New findings of Triturus dobrogicus and Lissotriton vulgaris are recorded in the Lower Dnipro river area, Kherson region, Ukraine. The species T. dobrogicus and L. vul­ garis were found for the first time in Pravi Solonets village, Oleshkovsky district, Kherson region (46°34´0˝N 32°39´29˝E) in spring 2017. We clarified the south­eastern range edge of the studied species. The newts were collected during night­time surveys in a riparian gallery forest dominated by Quercus, Ulmus, and Fraxinus. The abundance of newts was low, seven individuals were observed on 20–30 m of route: four specimens of T. dobrogicus and one of L. vulgaris in March, one specimen of T. dobrogicus and one of L. vulgaris in May. Collected specimens do not differ in external morphology, size, body shape, and colour pattern from other conspecific populations. The populations are threatened, especially during their migrations. We propose to include these newt species into the Regional Red Data List of Kherson region. We also suggest including the described biotope into the Oleshkivski Pisky National Nature Park for protection and effective conservation of unique amphibian populations in the Lower Dnipro area of the Kherson region, Ukraine.

To establish the blocking/freezing of non-cash means of payment, uncertificated securities and property in the Russian Federation and a ban on transferring funds (capital withdrawal) outside the Russian Federation as special economic measures applicable to individuals listed in Appendix 1 and legal entities listed in Appendix 2, as well as in regard to organisations controlled by these individuals and legal entities. 2. The federal executive authorities shall ensure the implementation of paragraph 1 of this Resolution within their autority. 3. The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation shall ensure the balance of commodity markets and prevent the adverse impact of the special economic measures specified in paragraph 1 of this Resolution on the activities of Russian organisations. 4. To appoint the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation as the authority responsible for proposals made to the Government of the Russian Federation on: making changes to the lists given in Appendixes 1 and 2 to this Resolution; granting temporary permits to conduct certain operations in respect of certain legal entities to which special economic measures are applied; cancelling this Resolution in the event that the restrictive measures imposed by Ukraine on citizens and legal entities of the Russian Federation are lifted.

    - 1 - 1 Daily Report 93/2021 23 April 20211 Summary In Donetsk region, the SMM recorded 488 ceasefire violations, including in total 370 undetermined explosions. In the previous reporting period, it recorded 276 ceasefire violations in the region. In Luhansk region, the Mission recorded six ceasefire violations. In the previous reporting period, it recorded no ceasefire violations in the region. The SMM saw damage caused by gunfire to an inhabited apartment in non-government-controlled Zolote-5/Mykhailivka, Luhansk region. Small-arms fire was assessed as directed at an SMM mini-unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) in a government-controlled area of Zaitseve, Donetsk region. The Mission continued monitoring the disengagement areas near Stanytsia Luhanska, Zolote and Petrivske. The SMM facilitated and monitored adherence to localized ceasefires to enable maintenance and operation of critical civilian infrastructure. The Mission continued following up on the situation of civilians, including at four entry-exit checkpoints and three checkpoints of the armed formations in Donetsk and Luhansk regions. The SMM visited two border crossing points outside government control and monitored areas close to the border with the Russian Federation in Donetsk region. The Mission monitored various checkpoints along the administrative boundary line and the Sea of Azov and along the North Crimean Canal in south-east Kherson region. The SMM’s freedom of movement continued to be restricted, including at a checkpoint of the armed formations near Diakove, Luhansk region. Introduction 1.1 Basic Information NEC «Ukrenergo» plans to build air line elektroperedavannya 750 kV Zaporizhzhia AES - Kahovs'ka (PL 750 kV Zaporizhzhia AES - Kahovs'ka), including the new 750/330 kV substation «Kahovs'ka» (PS 750 kV «Kahovs'ka») within Dnipryanskoyi village near the city of New Board Kakhovka Kherson and two measures dvolantsyuhovyh LP 330-kV Novokahovskoe Ostrovskaya and PL 330 kV Novokahovskoe - Kherson at PS 750 kV «Kahovs'ka» to connect the new PS 750 kV «Kahovs'ka» to the United Energy Systems of Ukraine (Ukraine OES), and also reconstruction of the existing 330 kV substation «Novokahovskoe» (PS 330 kV «Novokahovskoe»). Overall this project entitled «PL 750 kV Zaporizhzhia AES - Kahovs'ka of PS 750 kV« Kahovs'ka »and activities PL 330 kV ». Zaporizhia nuclear power plant (CEAO) currently operates with a capacity of 5300 MW, whereas its full capacity of 6000 MW. This situation is caused by non-adherence to the design scheme OES Ukraine. «Pattern of OES in Ukraine in 2010 with the prospect by 2015» NEC «Ukrenergo» for able to issue the full power of the Zaporizhia nuclear power plant for the construction of 750 kV submarine Zaporizhzhya NPP - Kakhovka.
