    Falkenbergs kommun Kommunstyrelsen 2018-06-12 § 202 Motion - Cykelväg mellan Heberg och Årstad, KS 2017/145 Beslut Kommunstyrelsen föreslår kommunfullmäktige besluta 1. Översända motionen till tekniska nämnden för att ingå i beredningsunderlaget vid kommande remissyttrande vid uppdatering av regional cykelplan. 2. Därmed anse motionen behandlad. Beskrivning av ärendet Shlomo Gavie (C) och Agneta Åkerberg (C) har inkommit med en motion om att kommunfullmäktige ska besluta att uppdra åt tekniska nämnden att ta fram förslag på cykelväg mellan Heberg och Årstad. Motionärerna anser att det är naturligt att knyta ihop de båda orterna med en cykelväg och möjliggöra för de boende att färdas säkert på ett hållbart sätt utifrån såväl ett hälso- som miljöperspektiv. Tekniska nämnden har beretts möjlighet att yttra sig över motionen och förmedlar att sträckan mellan Heberg och Årstad är statlig väg, vilket innebär att kommunen saknar rådighet och har därför ingen möjlighet att själv bygga en cykelväg där. Om en gång- och cykelväg ska etableras på aktuell sträcka krävs att sträckan finns utpekad i den regionala cykelplanen. Regional cykelplan är en del i genomförandet av Regional infrastrukturplan 2014-2025. I planförslaget har Region Halland avsatt totalt 129 mkr för utbyggnad av cykelvägar. Åtgärderna tas fram i samverkan mellan regionen, de halländska kommunerna och Trafikverket. Det finns löpande möjlighet att inkomma med förslag på sträckor där cykelväg bör etableras. Falkenbergs kommun har nyligen fått med delsträckan Vinberg – Bergagård som en cykelsträcka i planen i syfte att i ett längre perspektiv koppla samman Falkenberg med Ullared, vilket är en prioriterad sträcka. Eftersom det finns ett begränsat ekonomiskt utrymme i Regional cykelplan vad gäller utbyggnad av gång- och cykelvägar gör tekniska nämnden en prioriteringslista med förslag att ta med i samverkanssamtal med övriga kommuner, regionen och Trafikverket.

Anita Judith Ogurlu 16 February 2016 2 Abstract This thesis examines the life and work of a little-known interwar period German writer Lilo Linke. Documenting individual and social evolution across three continents, her self-reflexive and autobiographical narratives are like conversations with readers in the hope of facilitating progressive change. With little tertiary education, as a self-fashioned practitioner prior to the emergence of cultural studies, Linke’s everyday experiences constitute ‘experiential learning’ (John Dewey). Rejecting her Nazi-leaning family, through ‘fortunate encounter[s]’ (Goethe) she became critical of Weimar and cultivated hope by imagining and working to become a better person, what Ernst Bloch called Vor-Schein. Linke’s ‘instinct of workmanship’, ‘parental bent’ and ‘idle curiosity’ was grounded in her inherent ‘spirit of insubordination’, terms borrowed from Thorstein Veblen.

    Artisanal fisheries in the SE Brazilian coast: using fisher information towards local management A. Begossi Nepam Unicamp, CP 6166, Campinas, S.P. 13081-970, Brazil Abstract Coastal artisanal fisheries in SE Brazil are located close to huge urban centers, such as Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo cities. Many of these fisheries are also adjacent to Atlantic Forest remnants. The growth of tourism, and associated recreational fishing, along with pollution in the coastal waters, increased the chances of impact on species and on artisanal fishing. Some fish species are located close to shore, such as species of Serranidae (groupers, such as Epinephelus and Mycteroperca) and seem vulnerable to the impact from fishing and from pollution. Other species, such as from the family Centropomidae (snooks, Centropomus spp.) are found in estuarine environments, and are also a target of recreational fishers, being subject to pollution coming from coastal rivers. In order to have more information on fishing for species of Serranidae and Centropomidae, I marked the fishing spots used by artisanal fisheries in different communities found in the SE Brazilian coast. The spots were marked using GPS Garmin III and V and Magellan. Maps of the fishing spots used to catch Serranidae and Centropomidae were drawn (103 fishing spots for groupers and 36 for snooks). Such maps are based on local fisher information, and they show the area used to fish the Serranidae and Centropomidae. Such data are important to designate areas for artisanal fisheries, and to evaluate the pressure on species of Serranidae and Centropomidae. Det finns nu 1 956 tätorter i Sverige. År 2010 upphörde 29 områden som tätorter på grund av minskad befolkning. 12 tätorter slogs samman med annan tätort och i en tätort är andelen fritidshus för hög för att den skall klassificeras som tätort. Flest nya tätorter har tillkommit i Stockholms län (16 st) och Skåne län (10 st). En tätort definieras kortfattat som ett område med sammanhängande bebyggelse med högst 200 meter mellan husen och minst 200 invånare. Ingen hänsyn tas till kommun- eller länsgränser. 85 procent av landets befolkning bor i tätort År 2010 bodde 8 016 000 personer i tätorter, vilket motsvarar 85 procent av Sveriges hela befolkning. Tätortsbefolkningen ökade med 383 000 personer mellan 2005 och 2010. Störst har ökningen varit i Stockholms län, följt av Skå- ne och Västra Götaland län. Sju tätorter har fler än 100 000 invånare – Stockholm, Göteborg, Malmö, Upp- sala, Västerås, Örebro och Linköping. Där bor sammanlagt 28 procent av Sveri- ges befolkning. Av samtliga tätorter har 118 stycken fler än 10 000 invånare och 795 stycken färre än 500 invånare. Tätorterna upptar 1,3 procent av Sveriges landareal. Befolkningstätheten mätt som invånare per km2 har ökat från 1 446 till 1 491 under perioden.

Tai leido spėti, jog originalus dirbinys irgi slūgsojo biu-Bromės-Segebro grupė (Clark, 1975, p. 66-98), tu­ šiame sluoksnyje bei kad jis pagamintas tada, kai šiaurės rėjusi priklausyti platesniam kultūriniam ciklui. Šiuo elniai dar buvo aptinkami šiose platumose. Kiek vėliau metu Skandinavijos ir PV Baltijos regiono tyrinėtojai pla­ tokių dirbinių surasta ir kitur. Kai kuriais atvejais jie slūg­ čiau vartoja Bromės pavadinimą, kurio laikytis siūlo ir sojo vėlyvojo ledynmečio sluoksniuose. Jau 1896 m. apie šio darbo autorius. Tuo tarpu slaviškuose kraštuose pla­ šiuos radinius Danijos teritorijoje rašė Sophus Müller čiau vartojamas Liungbiu (=Lyngby) pavadinimas. (Müller, 1896). Vėliau jų geografija plėtėsi. 1917 m.

Gadamer’s thesis that all understanding is historically conditioned is brought in: 1) understanding can never be free of prejudice, and 2) understanding involves the union of the observer and the observed, leading to the “fusing of horizons.” Rock art images provide a graphic understanding of how a cultural image can take on various interpretations depending on the mindset of the viewer. An interpreter of rock art or intercultural communication can easily misinterpret a message due to preconceptions. Historical consciousness allows understanding the past on its own terms and within its own horizon-not in the terms of contemporary society. RESUME Les images de l’art rupestre et de la préhistoire de Scandinavie fournissent un large compte-rendu diachronique d’un signifiant actuel- lement silencieux mais qui signifie encore une communication culturelle plus de quatre mille ans plus tard. Un focus est placé sur l’art rupestre de deux différentes cultures de la Scandinavie : Alta, Norway et Tanum, en Suède. Herein, I list all the species of amphibians reported from Peru and annotations on some species listed for Rodriguez et al . (op. cit.). The present list contains the following (family/genus/species): in Gymnophiona: 5/6/16, in Caudata: 1/1/3, and in Anura: 9/44/298, the total is 15/51/316.
