There are two proverbs regarding luck: “Third time’s the charm!” and “The the worm.” They both suit us: early bird catches 25 young people within project “Portugal and I”, organized for the third time by Youth Office and UK Parobrod (that is, their (that Office and UK Parobrod 25 young people within project “Portugal and I”, organized for the third time by Youth sua capital, na qual já são ou em breve serão membros ativos. Interest for Portugal boiled guimarães down to fado music, concerts of singer Mariza and band Madredeus and Lisbon as a tourist destination. A step forward was made last year, when Portuguese language was a guest of honour at the Belgrade Book Fair braga and now with Guimarães as this year’s European Capital of Culture. All this makes an exceptional opportunity to focus on Portugal as a country and on its culture and art. Cultural centre Parobrod and municipality Stari grad, porto through its youth office, commits to something that is, in our case, epic attempt to fight against xenophobia and fight for evolution of young people in the spirit of – hearing something for hundred times is not the same as seeing it even once. After organized visits to Essen in 2010 and Finnish Turku and Estonian Tallinn in 2011, this year again, we make a step further in promoting not just Guimarães and nearby Braga as a newly established EU capital of youth, but also Portugal as a part of the European family of people Serbia aspires to, just like Belgrade aspires to a title of European Capital of Culture 2020. The countries we are talking about are Estonia, Finland or Ruhr area in Germany that andrej saljnikov are not mainstream choices for young Belgrade people, compared to destinations such as Barcelona, Amsterdam, Berlin, Paris, London, even Budapest, Rome and Vienna. These are influenced by the levels of economic, cultural, and social restructuring, in the measures implemented by public administration or in attempts to redefine strategies for tourism destinations. This paper examines the perceptions and behaviors of tourists before and during COVID-19 in the municipality of Porto, the main area of the Porto Metropolitan Area, in Portugal. Research was based on the application of a questionnaire survey, probing the sensitivity of tourists to the crisis in the decision-making of daily routines, as well as future travel plans in the presence of a serious health concern. A total of 417 surveys were collected in the summers of 2019 and 2020. In addition to descriptive statistics, this paper also includes the results of the analysis of explanatory factors, being a reference for future studies.

It spans the River Douro linking the Port wine houses of Vila Nova de Gaia with the bustling downtown Ribeira district of Porto. Construction took place between 1881 and 1886 with the bridge being built adjacent to an existing bridge which it replaced. The granite Luís I Bridge Théophile Seyrig Ponte Luís I, Porto pillars of the original bridge are still in place, standing on the Ribeira like a pair of gate posts.
