You will notice that the circles overlap. In the space that overlaps, put all of the letters that are the same between the names of the two generals. Then, put the remaining letters for the general on the left in the left circle and the remaining letters for the general on the right in the right circle. For example, if you were comparing words, such as the words alphabet and alligator, it would look like this: alphabet alligator You will see that we used two a’s in the center section because both words have two a’s. Your regiment did not have good intel and met a regiment from the opposing army unexpectedly. There were many wounded from both sides during the skirmish. Both sides retreated to care for their wounded and try to get better intel before moving on. You were separated from your regiment. You are hurrying to catch up, but they are moving as quickly as possible to get out of enemy territory. You are unfamiliar with the area and find that you lose your bearings at times and even have to cross areas where the enemy is marching. If you land on a space that has the opposing army's flag on it, you have to stop there and miss a turn. Who can be first to get back to their regiment and deliver any intel you were able to pick up as you were trying to get back. What you need: game board, two markers, and a six-sided die or numbered spinner. Print the board game and glue to the inside of an open file folder, lining up the board halves in the center. How to play: There are many dangers along the way for the soldiers. See who can be the first to reach their regiment and deliver intel! Start at the skirmish site.
