USANA Athletic Advisory Council Member & Associate Jennifer Azzi to Be Inducted Into Women's Hall of Fame

SALT LAKE CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

USANA (NASDAQ: USNA) Associate and former point guard Jennifer Azzi is one of six women who will be inducted into the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame next June.

The Class of 2009 also includes Cynthia Cooper-Dyke, , , and .

Azzi played for 's women's basketball team and is regarded by many as one of Stanford's greatest players. While there, she helped lead the team to a 1990 NCAA National Championship, was named NCAA Player of the Year and was selected as MVP for the 1989-90 women's Final Four. Azzi was the youngest person ever inducted into Stanford's Athletic Hall of Fame. She also played professionally as a point guard for the WNBA for five seasons and won a gold medal as part of the 1996 U.S. Olympic women's team.

Outside of her basketball accomplishments, Azzi shares her unique knowledge of health, fitness, and leadership as a motivational speaker while running her own National Award winning business, Azzi Training.
