PARKING: Media parking is available on a limited basis across the street from the KeyArena loading dock entrance on Thomas Street. Please indicate if you will need parking when applying for credentials. Parking passes will be distributed on-site when you pick up your credential. We ask that you park frst, pick up your credential, then return to your car with the parking pass. You may access the parking lot from Thomas Street or Warren Street.

TRANSPORTATION: KeyArena is easily accessible via public transportation and is highly encouraged. The Seattle Monorail can whisk you to the arena from downtown in 2 min- utes (www.seattlemonorail.com) and 15 Metro bus routes serve the Center from around the city (www.metro.kingcounty.gov). Taxi cab company phone numbers will be posted in the media work room as a courtesy but is at your expense.

IN-GAME LIVE STATS: There are a limited number of stat monitors available and priority will be given to television and radio broadcasting the game. A link to real-time updates via the Stat Broadcast System will be provided on-site. The link is for media-use only and should not be shared with the general public. However, you are welcome to share the link with media who are unable to attend the Pac-12 Women’s Basketball Tournament. Team and individual player game stats, as well as a live play- by-play, will be updated as play is happening.

TEAM, TOURNAMENT AND POSTGAME STATISTICS: Halftime and fnal box scores will be distributed for each game.

Printed copies of the full fnal book (fnal box score and play-by-play) will not be distributed. A complete play-by-play wil be available via the Stat Broacast system (link will be provided on-site). Once statistics are verifed, box scores and play-by-plays will also be posted on the Conference’s offcial website at http://pac-12. com/content/womens-basketball-statistics (click on 20016-17, then the box score link of the game desired) or at http://pac-12.com/2014-pac-12-womens- basketball-tournament/statistics. PDFs of the full book will also be emailed to the media.

No hard copies of team statistics will be distributed. Updated season-to-date statistics for each team will be on each game’s fip card.

MEDIA SERVICES: In addition to the live stats and stats provided above, the following will be available to media: • Postseason releases for each participating team will be available in the KeyArena media work room. • Flip cards for each game, which will include rosters and updated team statistics, will be available in the KeyArena media work room.

ALL-TOURNAMENT TEAM MEDIA VOTING: Media attending the Pac-12 Women’s Basketball Tournament are asked, and encouraged, to vote for the all-tournament team and the tournament’s most out- standing player by the 4-minute mark of the second half of the championship game. This year’s voting will take place electronically via the Stat Broadcast system. The voting link is available at the live stats link that will be provided on-site. The voting will open on Saturday, March 4.

WIRELESS CAPABILITIES/PHONE LINES: KeyArena courtside press seating area, media work room and interview room will be equipped with a wireless network, free of charge, for members of the media. Media members wishing to install their own phone line at their press row seat location or in the media work room should call Tim Wass at CCPI (206/505-5493) and ask for information on Pac-12 Tournament phone line installation.

SEAT ASSIGNMENTS: Press row seat assignments at KeyArena will be made by the Media Director and may change from session to session. Due to limited space on press row, please check the seating assignments for each session.

A work area has been designated for photographers and videographers in the Media Work Room in the press conference area.

ORIGINATING RADIO STATIONS: Four radio positions have been established at press row. Seating charts will be posted with seat assignments. Phone lines (2 analog) and ethernet lines have been installed. Originating radio stations will have access to these positions for their game only. Please check the seating chart for seat assignments.

PHOTO POLICY: During games, still photographers may only work from designated areas on the court, behind each baseline. Photographers will not be allowed to shoot from press row. Photographers must wear a credential at all times while working in the baseline areas. Photographers will need to check in with the Photo Marshall on a daily basis. Handheld strobes and fashes are not permitted, nor are tripods or attachments to the basket standard.

3 2017 PAC-12 WOMEN’S BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT KEYARENA, SEATTLE, WASH. • THURSDAY-SUNDAY, MARCH 2-5 After drawing a record attendance in 2016 and near-record crowds the previous three seasons, the 16th-annual Pac-12 Women’s Basketball Tournament remains in Seattle in partnership with Force 10 Sports Marketing, LLC, the Seattle Sports Commission and Seattle Center. The tournament will be held at KeyArena from March 2-5, 2017 and will receive unpre- cendented national television coverage once again with each game of the tournament scheduled to be televised either on the Pac-12 Networks or ESPN2. The City of Seattle has embraced women’s basketball and women’s athletics. The WNBA’s loyal fan base has increased over the last several years. The majestic city provides convenient travel for teams and fans, with non- stop fights available from every Pac-12 city. In the three years the Pac-12 Tournament has been in the Emerald City, the four-day event has seen its biggest successes, recording three of the top four attendances in the 14-year history. The 2015 championship game was the second-most attended in the history of the event. The Pac-12 Women’s Basketball Tournament made its debut in 2002 and was held on the campus in Eugene, Ore. The Conference’s premier women’s sporting event then moved to HP Pavilion at San Jose for a six-year run (2003-08). It spent four years (2008-2012) in , with Galen Center playing host. The fnal two-year run of the event saw it combined with the men’s tournament and the semifnal and championship games were played at the STAPLES Center. The winner of the 12-team tournament receives the league’s automatic bid to the NCAA Division I Women’s Basket- ball Championship.
