TIGER CLAWZ • Campbellsville and Union College are meeting for the third game of the year for the Saturday, Oct. 1 - 12 ET second-straight season. FAULKNER • CU has started the season 0-2 for the second-straight year but last year reeled off eight wins in a row to win the MSC West title and earn an NAIA Playoff berth. Lamb had a career night at UPIKE last weekend, finishing with 90 receiving yards and three touch- Saturday, Oct. 29 - 1:30 ET downs - both career-highs. Alcorn ranks No. 9 in the NAIA with 12 recpetions. SERIES FACTS • Dating back to 1924, Campbellsville and Union College have met 27 times on the grid- iron. In the modern era, the two have met 25 times and CU leads the series, 15-10. • Both teams met every year from 1987 to 2004 with CU holding an overall record of 11-6. • The largest win streak by CU was nine games from 1996 to 2004. Union’s largest win streak is four from 1992-1995. • In the series, CU averages 26.1 points per contest, while Union scores 18.8. • In the Perry Thomas era, the Fighting Tigers are 4-2 against Union while averaging 31 points a game.
