However, Paul is much more than just a man with a sharp object. He is alsoone ofthe most intellectually capivating people I know, as well as being a genuinely nice guy. His full name, Pauline lllych Sinep Sluap Duscumovich Rubinov, is a rather intimidating mouthful, but that's about the only intimidating thing about him (except, of course, for his remarkable facial resemblance to Mickey Mouse.) Paul was raised in the USSR, but was exiled when some of his friends squealed about Paul's prodigious pot belly to the authorities. Settling in Iowa, Paul found the traditional farming life to be his true calling. Unfortunately, in an accident involving a tornado and a small dog named Toto, Paul disco vered himself in a diminutive Dabney House Alley 7 single earlier this year. Unable to convince frosh to lend him bus fare back to Iowa, Paul has resigned himself to the Caltech way of life, and is now reasonably happy (especially after losing a good bit of blubber around the middle.) In many respects, Paul is the "harmonic mean" of the current junior class by Berke Breathed at Dabney House. He's not very good at pottery, heeats too much ice cream, and he doesn't throw like a girl. Don't get the wrong impression, I'm not im plying that if you've met Paul you've met the Juniors of Dabney; what I am saying is that you haven't met the Juniors ofDabney until you've met Paul Anigav Sluap Rubinov, and that's the fact, Jack. - Nurl-for-Name Lloyd: From Farm Aid III to the Pan Am Games, it was a summer to I'M 5AV6P/! behold, even in the midwest.
