Because they’re made from quality potatoes that are fresh and never frozen, you’ll never have to worry about freezer burn. Fresh, delicious potatoes means you never have to sacrifice great homemade taste. COOKING INSTRUCTIONS (in skillet): Lightly cover bottom of a large skillet with vegetable oil, butter or margarine and preheat over medium-high heat. Add enough potatoes to cover bottom of pan (approximately 1/2 package). Fry until product reaches a minimum of 160˚F. Flip potatoes and fry an additional 4 to 5 minutes or until golden brown.
