21.2.2017 ES Diario Oficial de la Unión Europea L 43/3 REGLAMENTO (UE) 2017/294 DE LA COMISIÓN de 20 de febrero de 2017 que modifica el Reglamento (CE) n.o 748/2009, sobre la lista de operadores de aeronaves que han realizado una actividad de aviación enumerada en el anexo I de la Directiva 2003/87/CE del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo el 1 de enero de 2006 o a partir de esta fecha, en la que se especifica el Estado miembro responsable de la gestión de cada operador (Texto pertinente a efectos del EEE) LA COMISIÓN EUROPEA, Visto el Tratado de Funcionamiento de la Unión Europea, Vista la Directiva 2003/87/CE del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 13 de octubre de 2003, por la que se establece un régimen para el comercio de derechos de emisión de gases de efecto invernadero en la Comunidad y por la que se modifica la Directiva 96/61/CE del Consejo (1), y en particular su artículo 18 bis, apartado 3, letra b), Considerando lo siguiente: (1) La Directiva 2008/101/CE del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo (2) modificó la Directiva 2003/87/CE para incluir las actividades de aviación en el régimen que regula el comercio de derechos de emisión de gases de efecto invernadero en la Unión. (2) El Reglamento (CE) n.o 748/2009 de la Comisión (3) establece una lista de los operadores de aeronaves que realizaban a 1 de enero de 2006, o que realizan desde esa fecha, alguna de las actividades de aviación contempladas en el anexo I de la Directiva 2003/87/CE. -

Prior compliance list of aircraft operators specifying the administering Member State for each aircraft operator – June 2014 Inclusion in the prior compliance list allows aircraft operators to know which Member State will most likely be attributed to them as their administering Member State so they can get in contact with the competent authority of that Member State to discuss the requirements and the next steps. Due to a number of reasons, and especially because a number of aircraft operators use services of management companies, some of those operators have not been identified in the latest update of the EEA- wide list of aircraft operators adopted on 5 February 2014. Visiting Iraq How to apply for a business visa Applications for business visas should be made at the Iraqi Consulate prior to departure. Consular officials at the Iraqi Embassy have indicated that visa approval can take two to six weeks from the date of submission. Visas are issued to business people, provided that they have official invitations from Iraqi authorities or are introduced as such by their respective Ministries of Foreign Affairs and are supplied with letters from the Chamber of Commerce. Applicants should also submit a letter of request from their own company stating the reason for their travel. Ange diarienummer TSL 2010-565 när du lämnar dina synpunkter. I revideringen av BCL-M är nu fyra föreskriftsförslag färdiga för remiss. Föreskrifterna har omarbetats till ett nytt format, det s.k. SFS-formatet. Föreskrifterna som reglerar luftvärdighet kommer att ingå i Serie Air. Föreskrifterna har förenklats så långt som möjligt och anpassats till vad som gäller enligt EU-förordningarna på luftvärdighetsområdet. Revideringen innebär även redaktionella ändringar och införande av definitioner. Två äldre föreskrifter i serie AIR föreslås också bli upphävda utan att ersättas av nya. Ändringar görs även i två av de föreskrifter i serie AIR som trädde i kraft den 1 augusti 2012. Konsekvensutredningen innehåller mer detaljerad information om respektive föreskriftsförslag. Nr. 52/252xx/252 EES-viðbætirEØS-tillegget við til Stjórnartíðindi Den europeiske Evrópusambandsins unions tidende 22.9.2016xx.1.2016 REGLUGERÐ FRAMKVÆMDASTJÓRNARINNAR (ESB) 2016/282 2016/EES/52/33 frá 26. febrúar 2016 um breytingu á reglugerð (EB) nr. 748/2009 um skrána yfir umráðendur loftfara sem stunduðu flugstarfsemi sem tilgreind er í I. viðauka við tilskipun 2003/87/EB 1. janúar 2006 eða eftir þann dag þar sem ábyrgðarríki hvers umráðanda loftfars er tilgreint (*) FRAMKVÆMDASTJÓRN EVRÓPUSAMBANDSINS HEFUR, með hliðsjón af sáttmálanum um starfshætti Evrópusambandsins, með hliðsjón af tilskipun Evrópuþingsins og ráðsins 2003/87/EB frá 13. október 2003 um að koma á fót kerfi fyrir viðskipti með heimildir til losunar gróðurhúsalofttegunda innan Bandalagsins og um breytingu á tilskipun ráðsins 96/61/EB (1), einkum b-lið 3. mgr. 18. gr. a, og að teknu tilliti til eftirfarandi: 1) Tilskipun Evrópuþingsins og ráðsins 2008/101/EB (2) breytti tilskipun 2003/87/EB þannig að kerfið fyrir viðskipti með heimildir til losunar gróðurhúsalofttegunda innan Sambandsins taki til flugstarfsemi. 2) Í reglugerð framkvæmdastjórnarinnar (EB) nr. 748/2009 (3) er tekin saman skrá yfir umráðendur loftfara, sem stunduðu flugstarfsemi sem er tilgreind í I. viðauka við tilskipun 2003/87/EB, 1. janúar 2006 eða eftir þann dag. 3) Tilgangurinn með skránni er að draga úr stjórnsýslubyrði hjá umráðendum loftfara með því að leggja fram upplýsingar um það hvaða aðildarríki bera ábyrgð á tilteknum umráðanda loftfars. 4) Innfærsla umráðanda loftfars í kerfi Sambandsins fyrir viðskipti með losunarheimildir er háð starfrækslu flugstarfsemi sem er tilgreind í I. viðauka við tilskipun 2003/87/EB og er ekki háð innfærslu í skrána yfir umráðendur loftfara sem framkvæmdastjórnin tók saman á grundvelli 3. -

Halbjahr ihren Umsatz im Vergleich zum Vorjahreszeitraum um 5 % auf 275,5 Mio. Euro steigern. Der Gewinn vor Steuern legte von 7,7 Mio. Euro im Vorjahr auf nunmehr 18,2 Mio. Euro zu. Davon verblieben als Nettoüberschuss 13,4 Mio. Euro. Ein Zuwachs von 143 % im Vergleich zum 1. Halbjahr 2008. Aegean Airlines nannte die gesteigerte Wirtschaftlichkeit in Kombination mit gefallenen Ölpreisen als Gründe für den Anstieg. Durch die moderne Flotte waren zudem ein geringerer Kerosinverbrauch und weniger Wartungsaufwand notwendig, hieß es bei Aegean Airlines. Im 1. Halbjahr flogen rund 2,9 Millionen Passagiere mit der griechischen Airline, die damit ein Wachstum von 9 % verzeichnete. Auf internationalen Routen stiegen 20 % mehr Fluggäste ein. Hier profitierte Aegean vom Schlingerkurs der angeschlagenen Olympic Airlines. air Baltic nahm die angekündigten Flüge zwischen Riga und Pskov auf. Die 300 Kilometer lange Strecke wird 2x wöchentlich von einer Fokker 50 bewältigt. Die einzige andere Linienverbindung von Pskov führt nach Moskau VNO und wird von Atlant-Soyuz angeboten. Air Berlin steuert ab Sommer 2010 die Peloponnes an. Ab 4. Mai 2010 fliegt der Carrier wöchentlich nonstop von Nürnberg die griechischen Zielflughäfen Araxos (Di) und Kalamata (Do) an. Damit wächst das Griechenlandnetz auf insgesamt 17 Destinationen. Neu werden zudem Nonstopflüge von Berlin und Stuttgart nach Reykjavik sein. Die Islandflüge von Düsseldorf und München werden um jeweils eine Frequenz erhöht. -
