Mr Hardi Hanafiah Mr Didi Setiarto

Mr Hardi Hanafiah is Managing Counsel Upstream for BP A Senior Advisor to the Executive Office of the President Indonesia, and Singapore. He currently serves as of the Republic of Indonesia. Prior to this position, he was Deputy Chairman, Regulatory Affairs Committee of the the Head of Legal Division of SKK Migas, handling various Indonesian Petroleum Association. He graduated from commercial and operational legal matters as well as Faculty of Law, Padjadjaran University in 1990 and earned preparing oil and gas policy and regulatory drafting. his Master of Laws (LLM) from University of California at Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law, USA in 1993.
