Guide RVF des Meilleurs Vins de France 2021 (nov.2020) : 94/100. En 2017, les rouges sont d'un très beau niveau, à l'instar de cette cuvée qui mise sur la pureté des fruits noirs mais aussi de subtiles notes de rose et une suggestion d'épices. Complexité et finesse en bouche, avec un grain de tanin très fin et une persistance poivrée. Guide Bettane + Desseauve 2020 (août 2019) : 18/20. Pour le bonheur des amateurs de grands languedocs, l'infidèle ne s'est pas repenti, il est simplement depuis quelques millésimes devenu terre-de-jonquières. Il est à la fois sensuel, comme devait l'être tout infidèle et sérieux comme tout repenti, ce qui n'est pas antinomique ici. Le tanin est parfaitement enveloppé, la finale est exquise.
