As an extension of the tradition of the garden city, the Orbit vision is the outcome of a forward-thinking collaboration between next generation architects, city leaders, community builders, and developers.

The characteristic Orbit plan and density ripple, is based on an innovative series of concentric “squircles” (literally where squares and circles merge) emanating from the new transit hub and melding with the existing grid of the region.
