BORRADOR DE REAL DECRETO POR EL QUE SE MODIFICAN LAS SERVIDUMBRES AERONÁUTICAS DEL AEROPUERTO DE SAN SEBASTIÁN BORRADOR DE REAL DECRETO POR EL QUE SE MODIFICAN LAS SERVIDUMBRES AERONÁUTICAS DEL AEROPUERTO DE SAN SEBASTIÁN Borrador de real decreto. Modificación de las servidumbres aeronáuticas del Aeropuerto de San Sebastián 1 BORRADOR DE REAL DECRETO POR EL QUE SE MODIFICAN LAS SERVIDUMBRES AERONÁUTICAS DEL AEROPUERTO DE SAN SEBASTIÁN La Ley 48/1960, de 21 de julio, sobre Navegación Aérea, al regular las servidumbres aeronáuticas, establece en el artículo 51, que su naturaleza y extensión se determinarán mediante decreto acordado en Consejo de Ministros, conforme a las disposiciones vigentes en cada momento sobre tales servidumbres. El Decreto 792/1976, de 18 de marzo, por el que se establecen las nuevas servidumbres aeronáuticas del Aeropuerto de San Sebastián, establece las servidumbres aeronáuticas del Aeropuerto de San Sebastián y de sus instalaciones radioeléctricas asociadas sobre los terrenos que se encuentran bajo su proyección ortogonal, de acuerdo con sus características y conforme a los preceptos de la legislación vigente en aquel momento. El Real Decreto 2057/2004, de 11 de octubre, por el que se establecen las servidumbres aeronáuticas de la instalación radioeléctrica de ayuda a la navegación aérea DVOR y DME de Donostia-San Sebastián, Guipúzcoa, establece las servidumbres aeronáuticas del radiofaro omnidireccional con equipo medidor de distancias de Donostia-San Sebastián. Con posterioridad, se han realizado una serie de cambios relacionados con el campo de vuelos y las instalaciones radioeléctricas, incorporando unas nuevas y dando de baja otras. En concreto, se ha modificado la configuración del campo de vuelos, trasladando los umbrales hacia el interior de la pista. -

EUSKAL ESTATISTIKA ERAKUNDEA BASQUE STATISTICS INSTITUTE Press release 11/12/2018 MUNICIPAL INHABITANTS STATISTICS, 1 JANUARY 2018 Latin American nationals are the most numerous amongst foreign residents of the Basque Country The number of people with foreign nationality exceeded 150,000 Foreign residents of the Basque Country amounted to 152,187 people, 7% of the total population on 01 January 2018, according to data prepared by EUSTAT. The percentage varied slightly between provinces: Álava had the highest proportion (8.7%), followed by Gipuzkoa (7.2%) and finally, Bizkaia (6.4%). Regarding nationality, Latin Americans made up 35% of foreign residents, whilst in Spain they hardly reached 24%. The countries with the greatest representation in this group were Nicaragua, Colombia, Bolivia and Paraguay, making up 18.2% of the total number of foreign residents, and 51.8% of the Latin American residents. Regarding sex, 63% of foreign residents of Latin American nationality were women. In contrast, European residents in the Basque Country made up 26.9% compared to 48% in Spain. Romania stood out in this group, accounting for 12.2% of foreign nationals and 45.2% of Europeans, 15 percentage points higher than in Spain. In second place, albeit at some distance from Romania, was Portugal, making up 15.2% of European residents of the Basque Country. There were almost the same number of men as women in this group, with no significant differences. Graph 1. The aim was to work on improving estimation techniques in different statistical operations, and to introduce small area estimation techniques based on models in the statistical production. One result of this project was the application of the small area estimation system to the Annual Industrial Statistics, published by Eustat in 2005 in a Technical Handbook. This estimation methodology has been applied to another statistical operation which is equally relevant within Eustat’s statistical production: the Survey of the Population in Relation to Activity (PRA), published for users with quarterly results referring to the labour market within the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country at province level. As with the Industrial Statistics, the estimations are based on models and provide information about the 20 statistical districts into which the Autonomous Community is divided. The aim of this publication is to provide material of use to all interested users referring to knowledge and usage of methods for small areas. This document is divided into two different parts. The first one covers the methodology used, together with certain aspects specific to the estimators and the auxiliary information used, and the second part is a presentation of the district-level results corresponding to 2005, 2006 and 2007. -

Honoré de Balzac Resumen El autor sitúa geográficamente la localidad guipuzcoana de Zumaia y la evolución de su economía, edificios principales y personajes más repre- sentativos. Tomando como punto de partida el Reglamento de Inspección de Carnes de 1859, que exigía la presencia de un veterinario en cada matadero, hace una semblanza de los distintos veterinarios municipales, responsables de una importante parcela de la salud pública humana como es el control de los ali- mentos y de la sanidad de los animales, en Zumaia, primero dependientes del ayuntamiento y más tarde del gobierno. The objective was to work on the improvement of estimation techniques in various statistical operations and to introduce small-area estimation techniques based on statistical production models. This work resulted in the application of the small-area estimation system to the annually-produced Industrial Statistics, published by Eustat in a Technical Notebook in 2005 and to the Survey on the Population in Relation to Activity, published by Eustat in a Technical Notebook in 2008. This estimation methodology has been applied to another statistical operation which is equally relevant within Eustat’s statistical production, the Survey on the Information Society - Families, which offers users annual results on the access and use of the Internet, as well as other areas of information technology in the Basque Country at Province level. The estimations based on small-area methods provide information on the 20 statistical districts into which the Basque Country is divided. The aim of this publication is to provide material of use to all interested users referring to knowledge and usage of methods for small areas. This document is divided into two different parts. INTRODUCCIÓN La concesión del fuero a San Sebastián, se supone que hacia 1180 (pues no se halla datado1), por el Rey navarro Sancho VI el Sabio, marcó un hito fun- damental en la organización municipal guipuzcoana. Los antiguos valles en los que se organizaba el territorio fueron desapareciendo para dar lugar a una mu- nicipalidad más limitada y concreta, desde el punto de vista territorial, pero más desarrollada y compacta, desde el punto de vista institucional-público.
