Media Release Date: 03/06/2004 Communiqué aux médias No. 080 Medien-Mitteilung UEFA EURO 2004™ Squad Lists Official 16 national team squad lists for UEFA EURO 2004™ UEFA has today published the sixteen official squad lists entered for the forthcoming UEFA EURO 2004™. The deadline for submitting the final squads passed at midnight yesterday Wednesday 02 June, for the sixteen national teams competing in this year’s UEFA European Football Championship in Portugal. The full squad lists with shirt numbers, playing positions and current clubs of all sixteen nations follows after this page and can also be found on www.euro2004.com. Each national team coach has nominated 23 players in their squad for UEFA EURO 2004™ final tournament in Portugal, included in which must be three goalkeepers. According to the UEFA regulations the players must be allocated squad numbers from 1 to 23. No changes or addition to this list are allowed by UEFA regulations except in the case of a serious injury before the first match, and then only with the authorisation of a doctor from the UEFA Medical Committee.
