CONGRATULATIONS to Julie Charlton and Nicky Jenneke on being named as finalists in the NSW Community Sports Awards. Julie has been named in the Young Coach of the Year category and Nicky in the Community Sport Administrator of the Year category.

CONGRATULATIONS to Cherrybrook on winning the Club Development Award of the Year in the NSW Athletics Awards. CONGRATULATIONS to Sally Stagles (Sprints/Hurdles - Masters) and Samantha Dale (Jumps - Junior) on winning their categories awards at the NSW Athletics Awards.

CONGRATULATIONS to Jill Taylor on winning the James & Johnston Trophy Awarded to the NSW Masters athlete with the highest combined point score at the State Throws Pentathlon Championships.

CONGRATULATIONS to Alysha Burnett (), Nick Andrews (110m Hurdles) and Jacob McCorry (110m Hurdles) on their selection for the Open Team at the Oceania Area Championships to be held in Townsville, Australia from 25-28 June 2019.

CONGRATULATIONS to Julie Charlton (Javelin) for her selection for the Open Para Team at the Oceania Area Championships.

CONGRATULATIONS to Zachary Hayward (High Jump) and Sam Dale () for their selection for the U20 Team at the Oceania Area Championships.

CONGRATULATIONS to Alysha Burnett (High Jump, ), Nick Andrews (110m Hurdles) and Jacob McCorry (110m Hurdles) on their selection for the 2019 World University Games which will take place from 3-14 July 2019 in Naples, Italy.

CONGRATULATIONS to Nick Andrews on his selection and performance at the World Relays in Yokohama in May. Nick competed in the mixed shuttle relay where Australia recorded the fourth fastest time overall of 56.40s in the heat but unfortunately were disqualified in the final.

CONGRATULATIONS to Holly Saunders (Australian Record in the discus), Kailyn Joseph (Silver), Julie Charlton (Silver) and Kim Neuenkirchen (Gold) on their performances at the Arafura Championships in Darwin on April 27th - April 29th.

CONGRATULATIONS to Jill Taylor (1 Gold, 5 Silver), Jen Bishop (4 Silver) and Robert Clark (1 Gold, 2 Silver and 2 Bronze) on their performances at the Australian Masters Championships in Melbourne. Jen set two new Cherrybrook Records (Javelin and 80m Hurdles) and Robert one (Discus).

CONGRATULATIONS to Elizabeth Jones and Julie Charlton on their performances at the Sydney 10 where Elizabeth set a Cherrybrook Best for the 10k and Julie had a podium finish.

CONGRATULATIONS to John Ballard, Donovan Bradshaw, Emily Britton, Robbie Cullen, Samantha Dale, Kailyn Joseph and Jonathan Reid on their selection for the NSW Target Talent Program.

Only results from Cherrybrook Club competition and State permit meets eg Allcomers, Treloar Shield events and State/National events will be reported by the club. If you compete at other meets please send your results, along with proof of performance to Robert Clark at [email protected] .
