Vanuatu was nominated as a Pilot country for this new programme that saw the employment of a Project Offi cer, Ms Commmonwealth 2014 Bid Team Visits Leipanga Shem, from April to December. Vanuatu has to date, played host to the Teams from Halifax and Glasgow.
