BUSINESS Smart Solutions FAQ Can I import a website that already exists? Yes, but you must be able to prove you own the website to be imported. It is possible to import simple pages, built with HTML and CSS only, it is not possible if they are built with a CMS like WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal. Plugins and any other functionality will not be imported, only design. Which domain extensions are valid? All domain extensions are valid. Included we offer a “.com” domain, but if you already own a domain, and you want to set up your website in it, you can transfer it to us if it is also a “.com” domain. This means we will take care of domain management and renewals while the subscription is active. For all other extensions, customer retains ownership and management of the domain, but we can share the settings to point domain to website builder and website. Can I redirect an existing domain to one offered by you? If you already have your own domain, we need to point it to our server in order to be able to access the builder and publish your website. You can work on your builder, play around with different designs, texts, and elements, and it won’t show on the website until you click on the publish button. You can find this button on the top right corner. You must click on the “Publish” menu, and then again on the “Publish” option. If you click “Save Draft” you will save the changes made, but they won’t be published on the domain yet. What size images can I upload for my website? Images for your website must be optimized in size. We recommend images be less than 2MB and that the total size of all images remain below 20MB. What are the technical specifications of the website? No. Any downgrade to a Business Voice service plan invalidates contract. Yes, custom HTML code and scripts can be added. However, we cannot guarantee the scripts will be supported by the builder or that they will function correctly. The builder makes your site responsive so it can be viewed correctly on devices of all sizes. But if you set the height or width of an element to a set size, this function will not work properly and that element will always display that size, regardless of screen size.

Step 7 Select Switch to confirm that your existing account will be changed to a Microsoft account Step 8 Specific settings will be required to add your email account. Select the IMAP option and select Connect Add an email account on Microsoft Mail on Windows 8.1. Step 9 You are now ready to add your email account. Select Show more details Step 10 Enter all the details needed as in the example. Ensure the Incoming (IMAP) email server’s Port is 143 and the Outgoing (SMTP) email server’s Port is 25.
