To identify the amphibian species, these informations are needs. This study, we provided description data and key to species of tadpole from Khao Sip Ha Chan Proposed National Park, Chanthaburi Province. The tadpoles collected from aquatic habitat between January – December 008. To identify the species, morphological characters, mouth path structure and dental formula were compared with previous study. Some of tadpoles were reared until complete metamorphosis to confirm their species. We found 1 order, 6 family, 1 genus, and 9 species of tadpole. We described morphology and made dichotomous key for the tadpole in this area.
