The effect of the above-named Order will be to temporarily prohibit vehicles from entering, waiting or proceeding along Wolverton Road, Newport Pagnell (at the M1 bridge) between Little Linford Lane roundabout and Giffard Park Roundabout. in order to enable Highways England to carry out the following essential works as part of the ‘M1 T3 smart motorway’ project: (1) Installation of temporary protection above the road, (2) Installation of environmental barrier panels to the bridge parapets, (3) Removal of the temporary protection above the road and in the interest of public safety. The affected length of road will be closed between the hours of 9:30am and 4:30pm every day (Monday to Friday) between 14th June 2021 and 9th July 2021. The road will be re-opened to the public during the hours of 4:30pm and 9:30am (Monday – Friday) and fully opened at weekends.
