2. Soldier has accrued the ninth AWOL within a 12-month period effective ______. The soldier understands that recoupment of benefits plus interest may be required.
a. MGIB - The amount of recoupment will be determined by the Department of Defense and by the Department of Military Veteran Affairs.
b. SRIP- The amount recouped will be determined by the Incentive Branch Manager per NGB Guidance and directives.
c. EAP - Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA) will determine the amount of recoupment as agreed upon the EAP Promissory Note.
d. FTA - The amount recouped will be determined by the FTA manager.
3. I have verified the ninth AWOL by comparing the units DA Form 1379. I understand that the date I indicated above will begin irreversible recoupment action.
