MGIB - The amount of recoupment will be determined by the Department of Defense and by the Department of Military Veteran Affairs.</p><p> b. SRIP- The amount recouped will be determined by the Incentive Branch Manager per NGB Guidance and directives.</p><p> c. EAP - Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA) will determine the amount of recoupment as agreed upon the EAP Promissory Note.</p><p> d. FTA - The amount recouped will be determined by the FTA manager.</p><p>3. I have verified the ninth AWOL by comparing the units DA Form 1379.
