The world-renowned sightseeing company, which recently welcomed two new state-of-the-art Bronx Class vessels to their fleet, has a season full of fun and excitement planned on Manhattan's waterways, with sights, sounds and tastes to satisfy every cruiser. The Circle Live summer schedule is as dynamic as the city itself. All cruises feature attentive first-class service, as well as attractively priced open bar packages, featuring local and premium beer, wine and spirits. In addition, true café-style dining outlets serve delicious New York-style temptations, while a third-floor party deck provides amazing views of the city and sights beyond. Circle Live’s 2017 lineup include the following events: Happy Hour Cruises: Unwind after a long day at the office with happy hour on the Hudson, featuring refreshing libations and live DJs spinning the hottest hits from past and present. Circle Line Sightseeing Cruises' Happy Hour Cruises depart from Pier 83 at West 42nd Street every Thursday evening from 7:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m., starting now through August 31. All cruises are 21+. Boarding begins at 6:30 p.m. Pricing: $69 per person including beer and wine; $89 per person including beer, wine and spirits. Live Performances: Rock out on the rivers around Manhattan with live performances by local and national touring artists, entertaining music lovers with sounds that compliment New York City's vibrant skyline. The Nerds (Friday, July 21) - America's most iconic cover band, The Nerds, will be back with a full set of vintage entertainment by Spaz, Mongo, Stretch and Biff. The band has performed with rockers such as Jon Bon Jovi, members of Twisted Sister, Dick Betts of the Allman Brothers, Billy Joel's band, and David Letterman's Late Night band. BBQ & Brews Cruise (Thursday, July 20) - The summer season practically begs for outdoor opportunities - Circle Live with Blue Smoke and Hill Country have New York locals and travelers covered during their three-hour sunset BBQ and Brews Cruise through New York Harbor and past iconic tourist gems. Pulled pork and brisket sandwiches are available for purchase as passengers enjoy unlimited beer and take in the sights. The city skyline becomes illuminated, as riders capture epic views of the Statue of Liberty, One World Trade and the Brooklyn Bridge, a perfect cap-off to the evening. Bear Mountain Oktoberfest Cruises (Saturdays and Sundays; September 23 to November 5) - See fall foliage at its best along the Hudson River during a leisurely full-day cruise to historic Bear Mountain.
