It is with great honour that the Ontario Cycling Association, in collaboration with the Newmarket Eagles, announces the creation of the Tony Osborne Memorial Youth Fund. Named in recognition of the late Tony Osborne, the Youth Fund’s main purpose is to aid, in various capacities, in the development of young cyclists within the province.

To reduce cost barriers related to cycling programs the OCA relies heavily on grants, sponsorship and donations. 100% of all donations towards the Tony Osborne Memorial Youth Fund will go towards subsidizing youth programming costs.
