Le Commandant explique : que lors de l’élection du 1er décembre pour nommer les délégués au conseil supérieur, plusieurs Chefs de Compagnie de notre département ont demandé la création d’une Union départementale des corps de sapeurs-pompiers de la Savoie ; que pour donner satisfaction à ces demandes, une commission provisoire prise dans le conseil d’administration du bataillon a été nommée dans la séance de ce conseil du 4 février 1908 pour élaborer un projet de statuts. Cette commission était composée de : CURTET Claude TISSOT Charles BUREAU DU COLOMBIER NAVILLE Francis EXCOFFIER Toussaint CHENEVAL Eugène MATHIEZ Isidore Le projet de statuts a été adressé par le commandant Curtet le 14 avril passé à tous les chefs de corps de sapeurs-pompiers de la Savoie. Une lettre explicative était jointe au projet pour indiquer les formalités préparatoires à remplir. Le commandant donne lecture à l’Assemblée de la lettre explicative susmentionnée et du projet de statuts. Il appelle ensuite l’Assemblée à se prononcer sur son adhésion à l’Union projetée. A l’unanimité des sapeurs-pompiers présents, l’Assemblée donne son adhésion et approuve le projet de statuts élaboré par la commission provisoire. Successivement le commandant fait connaitre qu’aux termes de l’article 17 des statuts, le bataillon doit élire un délégué par vingt sapeurs-pompiers et par fraction au dessus de vingt, pour faire partie de l’Assemblée Générale de l’Union.

    Rueil Malmaison, 7 July 2021 VINCI Construction is awarded the contract for works package 2 on the Lyon–Turin rail line • A €1.43 billion contract covering construction of 46 km of tunnels between Saint-Martin-la- Porte and Modane, in Savoie (France) • Over 5 years of work As part of the construction of the 57.5 km tunnel that will connect Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne (France) and Susa (Italy), the owner Tunnel Euralpin Lyon-Turin (TELT) has awarded the contract for works package 2 to a consortium* led by VINCI Construction Grands Projets. This €1.43 billion contract covers a 23 km section of twin tube tunnel between Saint-Martin-la-Porte and Modane, in Savoie (France). The works involve digging 25 km of tunnel using three tunnel boring machines and 21 km of tunnel using conventional methods, and creating 71 safety tunnels and several galleries. The project will last over five years and employ up to 1,650 people. VINCI Construction's teams have been active on the Lyon–Turin rail line since September 2020, handling the preparatory work on the Avrieux shafts, perpendicular to the future safety site at Modane. The Lyon–Turin rail line is part of a programme designed to expand trade in Europe upgrade passenger travel. It is setting in motion a sustainable transition in transport by shifting long-distance freight from roads to rail lines. By 2030, it will replace 1 million heavy vehicles on Alpine roads and lower greenhouse gas emissions by about 3 million tonnes of CO2 equivalent per year. VINCI Construction is applying its expertise in underground works in several countries, in particular through public transport projects.

Au cours de la discussion, l’organisateur de la ‘Transvalquad’, appuyé par le maire de Valloire, a confirmé qu’au nombre des sites et itinéraires ayant fait l’objet d’une demande d’autorisation auprès de vos services, figurait bel et bien le Plan des Charmettes, en amont du hameau de Bonnenuit. Cette zone humide au confluent du torrent de la Lauzette et de la Valloirette servirait de « zone de défoulement » pour les quads, avant d’être livrée quelques semaines plus tard aux rodéos des engins de la ‘Foire du Tout- Terrain’ ! Comme vous le savez, cette zone de haute-montagne est en voie de classement en ZNIEFF de type I ( réf. ZNIEFF type I 76160001 ‘Tourbières et pierriers du Galibier’ – site Internet : http://www.environnement.gouv.fr/rhone-alpes/). Outre une aggravation durable de la dégradation des sols, la circulation d’engins motorisés en ces lieux seraient responsables d’une perturbation grave pour les frayères à truite fario et nécessiteraient un détournement des écoulements d’eau contraire à la loi sur l’eau.

    Facile (aller-retour) 4 heures 9,1 km +618 m Vallon de Faune, Histoire et Pastoralisme Bessans Haute-Maurienne Bessans Une randonnée ouverte à tous jusqu’au prestigieux cirque glaciaire du Vallon où culture et nature se mêlent pour s’offrir aux âmes curieuses. Si j’aime parcourir le vallon de Bessans, c’est avant tout parce que cet endroit sait assouvir un amour insatiable pour la nature. Le vallon, c’est le sifflement délicat du vent dans les plumes du gypaète barbu, l’odeur puissante des plantes des adrets qui vous accompagne à la montée, et la vue attendrissante des cabris de bouquetins, l’avenir d’une espèce hier quasi-éteinte qui vous récompense à l’arrivée. Mais bien plus riche encore est le chemin quand il raconte l’histoire forte de ces hommes d’antan qui vivaient la montagne, et celle plus contemporaine de ceux qui essaient de la préserver... Un vallon niché entre culture et nature, comme sait si bien en abriter la Haute-Maurienne. Benoit Deffrennes, garde-moniteur du Parc national de la Vanoise érair n e Iti Depuis le parking, traverser la rivière Arc par le pont et prendre la route qui mène au hameau. Au lavoir, suivre la ruelle de droite, qui débouche sur une piste en terre. Suivre cette piste sur trois lacets, puis emprunter le sentier sur la gauche. Vers l’altitude 1950 m au lieu dit « Le Cloton » le sentier rejoint le GR5. Continuer toujours sur le sentier qui coupe les lacets de la piste agricole. Vers l’altitude 2200 m, le sentier rejoint à nouveau la piste au niveau d’un unique chalet d’alpage.
