Designer Outlet Hautmont is the new French-Belgian outlet shopping and leisure destination in the north of France and offers more than 120 fashion & lifestyle brands 30-70% off, all year round.
The catchment has more than 9 million inhabitants in 90 min. drive time with a share of 61% Belgians with strong purchasing power. The adjacent commercial zone ‘Auchan Val de Sambre’ has already approx. 8 million customers, 35% of whom are Belgians.
The sustainable premium village architecture with a gross lettable area of 21,000 sqm, built in two phases, is inspired by the charm of the region with Flemish influence.
