WHAT IS SYNTHETIC ICE ?
-Synthetic ice is a polymer-based ice skating surface. Yes, it is "plastic", and it does take more effort to skate on then real ice.
-Synthetic ice rinks are used as an alternative to real ice because no refrigeration is required making it more cost effective. One can skate in any location regardless of temperature.
-An Ice Wonderland can be created anywhere such as hotel lobbies, office buildings, rooftops, fashion show runways, boardwalks, store windows, just about any venue.
-Synthetic ice rinks can be custom sized and shaped because rinks are constructed by interlocking panels. The bigger the rink, the more panels are placed together. The panels can be interlocked into any shape or pattern, making any creative set design possible. About Synthetic Ice To build a Synthetic ice rink there must be a Flat, hard, leveled surface!
