* Admission fees cover all teaching and lodging expenses, as well as a portion meal expenses throughout the session. They also cover the costs of round-trip group travel from and to ; travel from other locations is not covered. Individual travel expenses are borne by participants’ employers. Admission fees are payable by 15 February 2019 in a single wire transfer to the bank account of the ENA accounting ofice. A 30% down payment, due by 15 February 2019, is requested from organisations that pay only on the basis of services rendered. ENA has a training activity declaration number (article L. 900-2 of the French Labour Code).

Online application Step 1 Applications must be submitted online via the ENA website by Monday, 15 October 2018 at 12:00 p.m.

Step 2 The French National School of Administration initially carries out a pre-selection procedure.

Step 3 Pre-selected applicants will be called for an interview with the selection committee on Tuesday, 27 and Wednesday, 28 November 2018. The interview will focus primarily on applicants’ motivation and how they expect this programme to advance their careers.

Step 4 Each candidate will be informed of the final decision by email or phone by Thursday, 20 December 2018.
