Enrique Castro “Quini” es una de las figuras más relevantes y queridas del futbol español. In the film, Quini starts from the present time a review about his life through different episodes that have marked his life. Some of these events in his life have been removed by himself from his memory and in the film he is going to face some of these events again, for example, the small place in the city of Zaragoza where he was kidnapped for 25 days and the medical centre in Barcelona where he was treated to overcome throat cancer and also the Spanish beach where his brother drowned whilst trying to save two children. The film also recollects some of his most famous and spectacular goals that excited his faithful supporters and also he recounts his intimate moments about his professional football career and his experiences in clubs like Sporting the Gijon and FC Barcelona, but overall the film shows how a normal man became Quini through his great football career and personal challenges in his life to became a legend to all his followers.

2013 - EL ENIGMA DE LOS LIBROS PLÚMBEOS

Griselda viene a Granada a intentar explicar, a través de una tesis documental, una historia que ocurrió hace ya cuatro siglos, en Marzo de 1588 en la Granada reconquistada. Al demoler la célebre Torre Turpiana de la mezquita mayor, para construir la tercera nave de la catedral, apareció una caja de plomo y en su interior varias reliquias y un pergamino, escrito en su mayor parte en árabe que contenía una inscripción en un latín perfectamente legible, según la cual, San Cecilio había entregado aquellas reliquias a un discípulo suyo para que las escondiese y preservarlas así de la profanación musulmana. En 1595, dos exploradores, en la colina de Valparaíso, que muy pronto iba a llamarse Sacro-monte, hallaron una tira de plomo enrollada, junto a ésta, huesos humanos y una plancha en la cual se declaraba que el árabe San Tesifon, discípulo de Santiago, había padecido allí martirio. Sucesivamente fueron apareciendo en cuevas similares hasta un total de 19, que fueron llevados a Roma y de allí no volvieron más. Todo esto da lugar a la creación de la Abadía del Sacromonte. Siglos después la Iglesia declara falsos los libros pero auténticas las reliquias del Santo. Pero ¿quiénes perpetraron el mayor engaño de la historia morisca al catolicismo?

When the famous Turpiana Tower, part of the main mosque, is demolished, to make way for the third nave in the cathedral, a lead box appears. Inside are several relics and a parchment, mostly written in Arabic, containing an inscription in a perfectly legible Latin. According to this parchment, Saint Cecilio had delivered the relics to a disciple of his instructing him to hide them and keep them safe from Muslim profanation.

"Enrockecidos" es el título de la película que Tete Bonilla, periodista y músico asturiano, ha rodado con motivo de la gira que en el verano de 2012 algunos de los mejores grupos del rock asturiano de los años 60 y 70 hicieron por diferentes ciudades de nuestra región. Desde la presentación en el Teatro Filarmónica de Oviedo pasando por ciudades como Mieres, Castrillón, Grado, Avilés, Gijón y Oviedo. Mila, una galga abandonada con mucho miedo a las personas, es rescatada y trasladada a Barcelona por la ONG SOS Galgos, a la espera de una operación importante tras ser atropellada en Arahal, un pueblo de Sevilla. FEBRERO, documental que plasma la realidad del galgo en España. La caza de la liebre, práctica común en zonas rurales, expone al galgo a una vida de miseria y crueles entrenamientos. La temporada de caza acaba en febrero y el número de galgos abandonados se dispara. La mayoría no supera los tres años de edad. La impunidad del galguero brilla con luz propia en FEBRERO.

The first documentary about the reality of greyhounds in Spain. Hunting the hare is a common practice in Spanish rural areas and only brings a life of mistreatment and cruel trainings to the greyhounds. The hunting season finishes in February and the number of greyhounds left to its own sort increases dramatically. The majority of them are not older than three years.

La tercera se sitúa hoy en día, en los años 2011 y 2012, y, viendo en qué situación están los Alardes, se reflexiona sobre el presente y futuro de la fiesta.

The film looks at the difficulties faced by women who wish to participate in the "Alarde" arms parades in the Bidasoa area. The documentary looks at how events have evolved and their social repercussion over the years in Irún and Hondarribia. A film about the feelings of those who favour the participation of women in the "Alarde" arms parades of Irun and Hondarribia and those who oppose it. (Català) "Història de la meva mort" descriu un moment de transició entre el racionalisme de finals del segle XVIII i el romanticisme de principis del XIX, vist a través de la sexualitat i de la vida quotidiana. Dos personatges , Casanova i el comte Dràcula, representen respectivament aquests dos mons. La pel·lícula narra aquesta transformació: del llibertinatge sensual, lúdic, del món científic i racionalista del Segle de les Llums, poc a poc, i seguint el periple de Casanova, passem a un món romàntic de fosques pulsions sexuals, d'esoterisme, alquímia, sacrificis i mort. "Història de la meva mort" comença en ambients artístics centreeuropeus i segueix les peripècies d'un Casanova madur, sempre acompanyat pel seu criat Pompeu, en terres septentrionals, en un petit poble de camperols rodejat de boscos frondosos on Casanova continua les seves aventures de seducció i les seves espectaculars conquestes sexuals. Amb l'aparició del comte Dràcula, però, l'ambient al poble es torna cada cop més tenebrós i terrible, fins a confluir de forma abrupta en l'estrany i misteriós desenllaç final.

La Habana y Barcelona tienen mucho en común. Los indianos catalanes construyeron extensamente en La Habana, también en la Barcelona actual de Paseo de Gracia y las grandes casas de la zona alta. Se pueden observar tantos parecidos. Actualmente Barcelona aloja preciado talento cubano: artistas, músicos, médicos y gente corriente muy singular. En esta película cantan, bailan, explican sus experiencias de Barcelona y la extrañeza de su tierra. Se emocionan, lloran y ríen. África, tan a menudo calificada por occidente de subdesarrollada, violenta y caótica, no habría conocido tal inestabilidad si los países ricos del norte, empezando por las antiguas potencias coloniales, le hubiesen ofrecido posibilidades reales de desarrollo en lugar de seguir explotándola hasta nuestros días. En la situación africana se encuentran condensados todos los defectos del capitalismo, y la verdadera naturaleza del orden mundial está en este desastre. ¿Por qué las civilizaciones a lo largo de la historia de la humanidad cometen una y otra vez los mismos errores?, ¿por qué se repite la historia una y otra vez?, ¿de qué sirve la experiencia si no es para mejorar las decisiones futuras? Este contexto se utilizará para analizar en profundidad las relaciones entre el cono sur (solo África) y el cono norte (solo Europa) del planeta, desde sus orígenes hasta nuestros días. Reivindicando que el único punto de vista verdadero sobre las cosas es el del oprimido, con una puesta en escena partiendo de la realidad, se filma durante un año los personajes de este documental para intentar conseguir un retrato lo más fiel y verdadero posible. Documentarse a fondo, apasionarse y conocer África, no es suficiente para no ser víctima de la abrumadora estética y exotismo que conduciría a un inevitable tipismo. Decidimos vivir aquí para intentar llegar a comprender la realidad africana, luego filmarla.

To be deeply documented, to know and get passionate about Africa it´s not enough to avoid becoming a victim of the overwhelming aesthetics and exoticism that could drive to an unavoidable cliché. We thus decided to come and live here in order to better understand the reality of Africa, and then film it.

Les mines d'argent, de plomb, de zinc, d'alun de Mazarrón, dans la région de Murcie, où affleurent encore des crânes, des os et des anneaux d'esclaves, m’ont hanté. Sans doute, était-ce parce qu’elles incarnent un continuum de servitudes qui m’indignent. Exploitées depuis l'époque punique au IIIe siècle avant notre ère, ces mines prennent leur essor sous la période romaine, puis l’extraction se poursuit sous l’occupation musulmane. Après différents épisodes, dont des tentatives de sociétés britanniques, l'entreprise française Compañía de Águilas en prend le contrôle à partir de 1881. En 20 ans, Mazarrón multiple alors sa population par cinq. Les bordels prolifèrent, le travail des enfants aussi. L'extraction y est dangereuse en raison de la présence d'acide carbonique, qui fait de nombreuses victimes. Pendant la seconde République espagnole et la guerre civile, les mines connaîtront une expérience d’autogestion, incarnant l’idéal révolutionnaire. La suite est moins glorieuse. À la fin des années 1960, les mines sont abandonnées ; les anciens baraquements et les bureaux en ruine sont aujourd’hui squattés par des immigrants clandestins exploités sans vergogne pour les travaux agricoles de la région de Murcie. Sur les murs, des inscriptions, des dessins témoignent du vécu des derniers habitants. Les murs racontent donc des histoires, aussi invraisemblables que le lieu lui-même. Ce creuset de souffrances a été déclaré Bien d'intérêt culturel en tant que site historique. Sur une place, une statue de mineur qui orne une fontaine, célèbre leur sacrifice.
