The location of the centers and infrastructures of such services is a subsequent question (we would say "secondary" if with this adjective is meant not inferiority in importance, but rather a temporal and conceptual subordination). The polycentrism supported here in Rome means, first of all, a theoretical assignation of the potentiality of the catchment area of the Roman system to respective "units" of service that locationally assume the 1 role of realizing the objectives, reasserted by everybody numerous times of: integrating functions, improving accessibility, distances, traveling times, not exceeding the thresholds that have been indicated as "overloading". The locational problem of the new strategy therefore, is posed as a problem of not letting all the users participate in any function in any part of the system (the 2,8 million Roman citizens plus the by now recognized other 700 thousand citizens of the Roman "system"); but to functionally distribute the services in such a way as to not render "indifferent" (but on the contrary very.. -

Weekly and Monthly Reports are essential parts of DMC’s mission. Although small in size, as an ambitious and growing platform DMC is consistently enlarging its areas of focus and including more countries and regions under consideration and analysis. The current report of January 2021 addresses the drugs and narcotics circulation in Asia (Afghanistan, Iran, India, Thailand, Myanmar, Laos, Vietnam, and Malaysia); Europe (Italy, the Balkan Peninsula, Germany and Poland); and North America. 3 Global Report January 2021 Asia Afghanistan Afghanistan as usual spent a busy month dealing with different aspects of drug circulation in the country. The Counter Narcotics Police of Afghanistan (hereafter CNPA) launched numerous operations nationally throughout the month of January 2021. Multiple operations took place in Kabul, Herat & Balkh provinces through which four suspects were arrested and 1245 tablet-K pills & some amount of opium & hashish were seized (3rd January). 11 arrested in Kabul, Parwan & Nangarhar province (4th January). In 6th of January an attack was conducted by General Command Police Special Unite (GCPSU) in Paktia province resulting in destroying of 5 heroin factories, seizure and torching of 45 tons of hashish (see picture); one AK-47 rifle, one pistol, one 4 radio handset & two hand grenades, two drug traffickers were killed. -

La Commissione europea ha proposto di eliminare tali restrizioni, dopo due anni di sorveglianza e nessun nuovo caso accertato oltre a quello individuato nella Provincia di Siracusa nel Novembre del 2014. Alla luce di questa nuova decisione comunitaria si rammenta comunque che tale revoca non modifica quanto richiesto nel certificato per gli scambi di api e bombi e che prevede, all’allegato E parte 2 della Direttiva 92/65, l’obbligo di dichiarare che le partite di api e bombi provengono da una zona di almeno 100 km di raggio non soggetta a restrizioni a seguito della presenza sospetta o confermata di Aethina tumida. -
