Dear Siobhan, Kate & The Team
On behalf of Africa Unite and the children from Singamakhalipha, we would like to express our gratitude. After waiting with bated breath for a long time, Africa Unite has finally received the wonderful sports equipment and clothing that you have selflessly played a part in obtaining. Needless to say, you have made everyone at Africa Unite very happy and proud – especially the children.
The Singamakhalipha programme has worked with over four hundred orphans and vulnerable children between the ages 7-20, providing a safe haven, food, counseling and activities for children as well as support for adults. The donation of soccer equipment and clothing has greatly helped the programme to continue to help the children and youth of Nyanga.
Africa Unite would like to officially and warmly thank you for your contribution, from the bottom of our hearts.
This will by far and definitely be a real self-esteem booster for the children/youth and put a smile on their face.
We have taken the courtesy of adding photos to show you the excitement of the children and community members upon receiving your gift. This event coincided with the International Family Day.
Yours Sincerely
