20th Anniversary tour! In the 2021-22 season, the Sacconi will celebrate their 20th anniversary (with their four founder members), with a worldwide tour of at least 20 concerts. Guest composer: Jonathan Dove CBE The Sacconi are thrilled that renowned English composer Jonathan Dove CBE will be writing a new string quartet especially for their anniversary, to be premiered at . One of the most successful and consistently explored contemporary composers of the 21st Century, Jonathan Dove’s music delights audiences from around the world.

The Sacconi have a special relationship with Jonathan; in 2017 they released a critically-acclaimed Dove album featuring his new cantata ‘In Damascus’.
