Guest composer: Jonathan Dove CBE The Sacconi are thrilled that renowned English composer Jonathan Dove CBE will be writing a new string quartet especially for their anniversary, to be premiered at Wigmore Hall. One of the most successful and consistently explored contemporary composers of the 21st Century, Jonathan Dove’s music delights audiences from around the world. The Sacconi have a special relationship with Jonathan; in 2017 they released a critically-acclaimed Dove album featuring his new cantata ‘In Damascus’.
