LENDING CIRCLES / AFFINITY GROUPS We provide lending services to groups of entrepreneurs, consumers, and poten al home- owners who face barriers to tradi onal banking and have networks of peers with similar fi - nancing needs. The group becomes the mechanism for delivering individual microloans of up to $20,000. PRECAPS (PRE-CAPITAL) provides access to capital, credit building and technical assistance for en- trepreneurs, consumers, and fi rst- me homebuyers who have networks of peers with similar fi nancing needs. These networks are typically informal and may share industry, loca on, family or cultural es. The group becomes the mechanism for delivering microloans and receives customized fi nancial educa on (one-on-one and in a group se ng).

Program Design
