Pittsburgh–A new Hilton Garden Inn (http://hiltongardeninn3.hilton.com/en/index.html?ignoreGateway=true) ofﬁcially opened in the dynamic downtown Pittsburgh hotel (https://www.cpexecutive.com/pittsburgh/) market on March 2.

The 197-key property is owned by Millcraft Investments (http://www.millcraftinv.com/) and Lobby at Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Downtown managed by the company’s hotel division, Millcraft Hospitality (http://millcrafthospitality.com/). Designed to achieve LEED silver certiﬁcation, Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Downtown (http://hiltongardeninn3.hilton.com/en/hotels/pennsylvania/hilton-garden-inn-pittsburgh- downtown-PITFAGI/index.html) is part of Millcraft’s Tower Two-Sixty (http://towertwosixty.com/) mixed-use project in the heart of Market Square, a major hub of all downtown activity.

Formerly known as The Gardens at Market Square (https://www.cpexecutive.com/post/gardens-at-market-square-mixed-use-project-breaks- ground-in-downtown-pittsburgh/), the $108 million development also includes about 130,000 square feet of class A ofﬁce space anchored by JLL (https://www.cpexecutive.com/post/jll-expands-in-downtown-pittsburgh-plans-100- new-jobs/), structured parking with 330 spaces, as well as restaurants and retail space. The entire project has been about 10 years in the making.

The new hotel is close to prominent attractions, including Heinz Field, Carnegie Science Center, PNC Park and The Andy Warhol Museum. Guests can dine on-site at Revel + Roost, which offers made-to-order breakfast, dinner, cocktails and evening room service. There is also the Pavilion Pantry, which is open 24 hours and offers salty snacks, sweet treats, cold beverages and microwaveable packaged items.

The property also features more than 2,000 square feet of ﬂexible meeting space. Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a 24- hour business center with remote printing and a ﬁtness center. All guestrooms boast an in-room hospitality center with mini fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee maker, a spacious and clutter-free work desk with an ergonomic chair.
