Book 10 No2.Indd วารสารศรีวนาลัยวิจัย สาขามนุษยศาสตรและสังคมศาสตร สถาบันวิจัยและพัฒนา มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุบลราชธานี บทบรรณาธิการ วารสารศรีวนาลัยวิจัย ได้จัดท าขึ้นเพื่อเผยแพร่ผลงานของคณาจารย์ นักวิจัยและบุคลากรทั้งภายใน และภายนอกมหาวิทยาลัย เพื่อเผยแพร่องค์ความรู้สู่ผู้เกี่ยวข้องได้น าไปใช้ประโยชน์ โดยเปิดรับบทความทางด้าน มนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มีก าหนดออกปีละ 2 ครั้ง คือ ฉบับที่ 1 เดือนมกราคม – มิถุนายน และฉบับที่ 2 เดือนกรกฎาคม – ธันวาคม ของทุกปี โดยวารสารฉบับนี้เป็นฉบับที่ 2 ของปีที่ 10 ซึ่งการด าเนินงานของวารสาร ยังคงตระหนักถึงคุณภาพตามที่ศูนย์ดัชนีการอ้างอิงวารสารไทย (TCI) ก าหนดไว้โดยยังคงนโยบายในการเผยแพร่ ผลงานวิชาการทางด้านมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ กองบรรณาธิการวารสารศรีวนาลัยวิจัย ได้รวบรวมและคัดกรองบทความวิจัย บทความทางวิชาการ Ratchathani Province, 34000 *Corresponding author; E-mail: [email protected] บทคัดย่อ งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาแผนการจัดการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้โครงงานเป็นฐานตามแนวคิด สะเต็มศึกษา 2) เพื่อพัฒนากระบวนการสอนการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษโดยใช้โครงงานเป็นฐานตามแนวคิดสะเต็มศึกษา โดยการประเมินทักษะของผู้เรียน และ 3) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนด้วย แผนการจัดการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้โครงงานตามแนวคิดสะเต็มศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ นักศึกษาจ านวน 30 คน ชั้นปีที่ 3 สาขาภาษาอังกฤษ คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุบลราชธานีโดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้การอ่านและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษเชิงวิชาการ 1 2) แบบ ประเมินแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ในรายวิชาการอ่านและการเขียนภาษาอังกฤษเชิงวิชาการ 3) แบบประเมินผลการ เรียนรู้ทักษะทั้ง 4 ทักษะ หลังใช้ STEM คือ ทักษะการแก้ปัญหา ทักษะในการประดิษฐ์สร้างสรรค์งาน ทักษะในการ ช่วยเหลือตัวเอง ทักษะการคิดอย่างมีเหตุและผล และ 4) ข้อสอบ Pre-test และPost-test ของเนื้อหาในรายวิชา สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์การสอนตามแนวคิดสะเต็มศึกษา ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ ค่า t-test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผลการประเมินคุณภาพแผนการจัดการเรียนการสอนตามโครงงานตามแนวคิดสะเต็มศึกษาโดย กรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิประเมินแผนการสอน พบว่า แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้หลังปรับตามโครงงานตามแนวคิดสะเต็ม ศึกษาทั้ง 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านวิธีการสอน ด้านการวัดและการประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ และแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ อยู่ใน ระดับ “มาก” 2 JOURNAL OF SRIVANALAI VIJAI Vol. 10 No. 2 July - December 2020 2. ผลการพัฒนากระบวนการสอนการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษโดยใช้โครงงานเป็นฐานตามแนวคิดสะเต็มศึกษา โดยการประเมินการพัฒนาทักษะของผู้เรียน พบว่า ผู้เรียนมีการพัฒนาทักษะที่สูงสุด คือ ทักษะการช่วยเหลือตัวเอง รองลงมาเป็นทักษะการประดิษฐ์คิดสร้างสรรค์ ล าดับที่ 3 คือ ทักษะการคิดอย่างมีเหตุผล และ ล าดับที่ 4 คือ ทักษะการแก้ปัญหา 3. นักศึกษาที่เรียนด้วยแผนการจัดการเรียนการสอนตามโครงงานตามแนวคิดสะเต็มศึกษามีคะแนน ทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยส าคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.5 ค าส าคัญ: การอ่านและการเขียนภาษาอังกฤษเชิงวิชาการ, โครงงานเป็นฐานตามแนวคิดสะเต็มศึกษา ABSTARCT This research aimed 1) to develop a course syllabus based on the STEM-Based project, 2) to develop the process of teaching English reading based on the STEM-Based project by evaluating the students’ skills, and 3) to compare learning achievement: before and after learning by using the course syllabus based on the STEM-Based project. The samples were 30 students studying in the third year in the English major, the faculty of Education, Ubon Ratchathani Rajabhat University. They were selected by simple random sampling. The research instruments were 1) the course syllabus of the academic reading and writing 1, 2) the evaluation form of the course syllabus of the academic reading and writing 1, 3) the evaluation form of the four skills of the students after being taught by the course syllabus based on the STEM-Based project: problem-solving, creative, self-help, and rational thinking skills, and 4) pre-test and post-test of the academic reading and writing 1. The statistics used to analyze data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. The research findings were as follows. 1. The results of the evaluation of the course syllabus based on the STEM-Based project indicated that all of the three aspects: teaching methods, learning measurement and evaluation, and lesson plans were at the high levels. 2. The results of the development of the process of the teaching English reading based on the STEM-Based project by evaluating the development of the learning skills of the students showed that the students’ skills developed in the highest level was the self-help skill, followed by the creative skill, the rational

Insecticide resist- ance in malaria vectors has been detected in a few countries in the Greater Mekong sub-region (GMS), representing a threat to malaria control and prevention. This study aims to determine the insecticide resistance status of Anopheles mosquitoes in Ubon Ratchathani province, northeastern Thailand, where increasing number of malaria cases were reported recently. Methods: Mosquitoes were collected in 2013–2015 using human landing and cattle bait collections in six sites during both the rainy and dry seasons. Mosquitoes were frst morphologically identifed to species and their suscep- tibility status to deltamethrin (0.05%), permethrin (0.75%) and DDT (4%) investigated, according to WHO guidelines. Bioassays with the synergists PBO and DEF were carried out to address the role of detoxifying enzymes in insecticide resistance. DNA sequencing of a fragment of the voltage-gated sodium channel gene was carried out to detect knock-down resistance (kdr) substitutions at position 1014 in resistant species. Results: Due to low vector abundance, complete bioassays (n 100 mosquitoes) were only achieved for Anopheles hyrcanus s.l., which was resistant to all insecticides tested (mortality≥ ranged from 45 to 87%). Suspected resistance to DDT was found in Anopheles barbirostris s.l.

This study aims to identify the species and explore the insecticide susceptibility profle within the Anopheles hyrcanus group in Ubon Ratchathani Province, northeastern Thailand where increasing numbers of malaria cases were reported in 2014. Methods: Between 2013 and 2015, fve rounds of mosquito collections were conducted using human landing and cattle bait techniques during both the rainy and dry seasons. Anopheles mosquitoes were morphologically identifed and their insecticide susceptibility status was investigated. Synergist bioassays were carried out with An. hyrcanus (s.l.) due to their resistance to all insecticides. An ITS2-PCR assay was conducted to identify to species the Hyrcanus group specimens. Results: Out of 10,361 Anopheles females collected, representing 18 taxa in 2 subgenera, 71.8% were morphologi- cally identifed as belonging to the Hyrcanus Group (subgenus Anopheles), followed by An. barbirostris group (7.9%), An. nivipes (6.5%), An. philippinensis (5.9%) and the other 14 Anopheles species. Specimens of the Hyrcanus Group were more prevalent during the rainy season and were found to be highly zoophilic. Anopheles hyrcanus (s.l.) was active throughout the night, with an early peak of activity between 18:00 h and 21:00 h.
