TARIFF OF INDIANA BELL TELEPHONE COMPANY, INCORPORATED
The Indiana Bell Telephone Company offers services under this Tariff. AT&T Indiana is a registered (C) trade name of Indiana Bell Telephone Company, Inc. Services offered pursuant to this Tariff may be offered under those registered trade names or under the brand name AT&T. All regulated and tariffed services offered by Indiana Bell Telephone Company, Inc., whether under that name, the trade name AT&T Indiana or under the brand name AT&T, are subject to the terms and conditions of this Tariff. (Indiana Bell Telephone Company, Inc. is also referred to herein as “The Company” or “Company”).
This Tariff is issued pursuant to order in Cause No. 39705 issued June 30, 1994. Any cost data submitted under the provisions of that Order and this Tariff are to be treated as confidential, proprietary and a trade secret and exempt from public disclosure on a preliminary basis pursuant to exceptions to Indiana Code 8-1-2-29.
