Schemes eligible for use of the monies must therefore be for the broad purpose identified and in the geographical area identified. In terms of the consideration of applications and eligibility, l attach a copy of the application forms for your information. Applications can only be made once the money has been paid in. The money has not been received yet, however is expected to be due in the near future. As you may be aware we periodically send the updated list of S106 agreements to Local Council Clerks and based on the monitoring we have undertaken I would expect this one to show up on the list that will be circulated early in the new year. 9/1 Clerk emailed Stephen Reed asking for update on release of funds. 10/1 Stephen Reed (DCC) confirmed that PC will be advised when Kier funds have been remitted to DCC. 11/2 Clerk chased Stephen Reed for update.

March 2019 Litter and dog Lack of sufficient bins 22/3 Clerk requested map from DCC showing locations of all litter and dog waste bins in the parish. waste 25/3 Response received that DCC don’t have such a map.

22/3 Clerk reiterated request made in September 2018 for a new dog waste bin on the village side of the A67, adjacent to the newly-widened stretch of road (DCC committed at that time to install one). 25/3 Response received that DCC awaiting delivery of bin stock and one will be installed upon arrival.
