A KB-KF is used to form the two blister halves. Operating at a high cycle rate, this is capable of consistent, high- quality processing of all standard types of forming material. The on-site validation process as well as the calibration of relevant process parameters is super- vised. Tried and tested original tools, format parts and spare parts are supplied as quickly as possible. Customer employees are instructed on the appropriate packaging machines, existing machines are upgraded, and packaging processes are optimized to improve productivity. Further- more, if the worst comes to the worst, the 24h service hotline provides prompt assistance in the case of machine malfunctions.
